So, not a great experience (plus while we were there, there was a person who said they didn't get their order... apparently one of the workers gave it to someone in the drive through and they didn't want to remake the guy's order because they had already made it once?) We had asked it we could get UNSWEETENED tea and was told that was no problem. Apparently, it was a problem because we got sweet tea which none of us drink. I tried calling but the number given is apparently for their headquarters (in Tennessee?) which was closed for the weekend (we went there on a Saturday evening). The chicken was fine, the sides were kind of typical fast food fried chicken sides (mac & cheese, mashed potatoes & gravy, dirty rice, and some kind of beans). The dirty rice was pretty good especially if you put gravy on that. But no biscuits with the meal and no unsweetened iced tea was kind of the deal breaker for us. Yeah, we probably should have checked the bag, but everything was so nicely packed and the box was designed to hold the contents of the meal we ordered so we didn't want to take it apart.
