Slow and disinterested. The bathroom was clean. Eh! The ice tea was marked as to when it was put out which made me feel good.

Incorrect prices on drive thru board. The menu says any size drink for $1.49. When we got to the window, they told us the drinks were $1.99 each. The manager came to the window and apologized saying she had nothing to do with the outside menu. She further told us that the price SHOULD say "$1.89," but it was still incorrect and should now say $1.99. read more

Restrooms and dining area were both very clean and up to date. I love the retro decor, but I also love hand dryers that actually dry. Great balance of retro and modern! The food was fresh and hot. I also love the fountain drink machine that allows you to add different flavors. read more

Just went through the drive thru and it was a struggle to use our points on the mobile app (which they ask you if you want to use) and she couldnt figure out what was on the sandwiches we were trying to order, even though it showed on the picture and it is always the same no matter what mcdonalds we go to. read more

Probably the best McDonald's in miles. I honestly go out of my way when I'm headed back home to eat at this McDonalds. The lady who works front is super nice and the food is always extremely well done and tastes as good as McDonalds possibly can. Also the ice cream machine usually works. read more

Close to I 40 and easy to get on and off. Fast drive they service. Hot coffee as always, fresh and good. Husband said his Egg Mc was good. Pleasant person taking order who was easy to understand. Employees looked clean and unwrinkled. Wish this place was my home McD. read more

This was the worst McD hamburger I have ever eaten. Over salted, as were the fries. If it hadn't been a to-go order, and we were getting back on the Interstate, we would have turned around and complained. The person taking the order was doing their best to work with 2 males who clearly did not take pride in their work. Joked around saying, "She (the female working the window) can come sweep this up," referring to the buns they continued to step on as they made sandwiches. The guys working the meat were the two we saw who were paying attn to their station, though too heavy on the salt. I did not eat the burger after the second bite. The drink bar was very wet, gross and littered as was the women's bathroom. While I don't expect gourmet burgers, I know what McD is supposed to taste like. The one star is for the person who took our order at the counter, and corrected the others that drive through messed up. 3/10/19 pm Order was for the 4 for $4. Recently gotten food poisoning from this establishment. I ordered Crispy Chicken Sandwiches from here and never had an issue until yesterday when I started throwing up an hour after I had eaten from here. I tried to be professional about it and ask the person who was in charge that if there's issues going on back there if they could please fix it, because I was lucky enough to be young and healthy, but had that been someone else, it could've well put them in the hospital or even worse. Their response was calling me a liar and saying there's no issues with their machines or food. I didn't scream at them or demanded for free food, all I asked if they could fix the problems and I get called a liar and they essentially didn't care. Last time I'll ever eat here. I ordered a basket of fries. It looked as if they had been sitting there for DAYS. They were greasy and nasty. I couldn't even eat them. I only ate about 5 and my throat BURNED. I also ordered a Big Mac the meat was undercooked and they didn't put the second patty.I also, ordered two Doubles and they were for my dogs I couldn't even give it to them. It looked gross. The meat was stiff and cheese was discolored. I would have returned but we were already at our air bnb. I was hoping to contact maybe the fda about this and I will be calling on Monday when they open. I have a general concern that this is not safe. Every time I come here they are so slow and ALWAYS ask you to park. The you sit for at least 10 mins. When I asked why we always have to be parked they said well it is our busy time of the day. So my point is and I use to work at this McDonalds. You know it is the busy time so you drop more fries have patties cooked, have a runner to fill the orders and NO parking the people that are paying your wages. read more

This is one of the slowest places that I know of, it takes at least 15-20 min. to get your order from the window, they are so slow, and when you get to the window you see everyone standing around. This place needs a real manager who will change things and care for the customer. I gave it a one star because of a recent experience,I was at McDonald's and I ordered chicken strips, a chicken nuggets happy meal, and a mango pineapple smoothie. But when I was ordering the employee could not hear me and I had to yell so loud at her. Now I understand they sometimes can't hear but I mean I had to wait 30 minuets for them to FINALLY understand what I wanted, they had me on hold for 10+ minuets before they answered me. When I went to pay I had to give my order again because somehow they didn't get it and so I ordered again. When I went to get my food they gave me my order COMPLETELY WRONG. First the happy meal had a cheese burger instead of chicken nuggets. Then they gave me a cheeseburger instead of my chicken strips so I gave it back. I don't recommend this place and I will be reporting this to the manager because the service was completely horrible.! read more

I probably shouldn't have tried them a second time but unfortunately it was slower, probably cause all the people in the back talking, bypass this at all cost in less you just have time to spare. And absolutely not the drive in order is wrong I would say 70% of the time. With as many people they have working in the back they should be able to get ur food out quicker and right. No clue why they added two Windows at the drive they couldn't handle 1 window little long 2 Windows since the new build. I'm just saying there is way to much grab ass and socializing in the back, especially since the kitchen area is now totally visible, but doesn't detour from what they do. Seem depressed that an order just come in, but they will finish what they were doing before the customer. I've been to other McDonald's with the new 2 lane drivethru and with fewer workers And they get it to u fast and right. The young kid manager that was there the staff must not respect him cause they seem to ignore him, when they need to respect him. Anyway pass it by. I went there at 4:30 am and the menu was showing nothing but lunch menu. I made my order and they told me it was breakfast time. How am I supposed to order breakfast without the menu for it? Called and she said they were not allowed to leave the building to change it. Just said sorry and hung up afterwards. Absolutely horrible! read more
