There isn't anything really wrong with the Arbys by the mall but its a 3 for average and this is a 5 for great. My order is always correct here, which really stands out because I order my items without tartar sauce or mayo. I don't have to wait forever for those edits and they get it right every time. The food is consistently hot, the drive-thru staff are friendly and efficient, and the prices are very reasonable. If you download the app, they also send some really good specials and deals, which makes it faster and even better. It's rare to find a fast-food place this reliable, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location.

They refused to put the cheese on my sandwich even after offering to pay for it at the window. They also told me I could come get new bacon for my sandwich when I called then acted mad that I didn't bring the sandwich with raw bacon on it back. I just asked for the bacon and not the sandwich and they came off like I was stealing. I felt uncomfortable because I just wanted edible food. The food is alright, but doesn't seem fresh compared to the other location.

My total was around $18 with tip, which felt fair for a relaxing dine-in experience. I was also able to get some schoolwork done while eating. Immediately walking in they had 80/90s pop music and I was greeted by staff. Friendly courteous and helpful. I was able to place my order and sit down. I sat in the restaurant and took a look around and it was as if I was transported back to 1990. The table clothes the booths and the lamps. Everything was if I was still in a dream. The smell of pizza cooking and music just all made sense. Everything was neat, in their place and spotless. I cannot emphasize how the staff treated me so well. As long as I am close to this Pizza Hut I will go out of my way to just pop in and eat. Thank you for such an incredible time and reminding me why Main Street USA has no substitute.
