We stopped in the other day and I was excited as there were quite a few cars there, so that's usually a sign that a place is good and I usually love places like this. The server was busy with another customer, but greeted us immediately after. We sat at a table and she took our drink order. We figured out what we wanted while she got the drinks. They were very busy, so we didn't mind that it took quite some time to get our stuff. But it was strange because an obvious regular came in, she took his order, and he had it within 5 minutes. Ours also came out - about 20 minutes after we ordered maybe? I think we were forgotten and that's why it was cold, greasy, and gross. The spicy cheese was cold and coagulated. The ranch it came with was actually really good and I don't care for ranch normally. The fries were limp, cold and greasy. I could tell if they were fresh they would have been good as the flavor was awesome! The shrimp my husband ordered had not been cleaned. We're smart enough to know that they probably order them frozen and pre-battered, however, it speaks to the quality and they were just also the icing on the cake, as you can tell from the pics. We did not finish. The tea was good, the server was very nice. But I don't think we will be back.

Simple I know, but you wouldn't be surprised to see how your orders from other restaurants can be delivered to you.Service is top of the line. Smiling faces greet you and offer the excellent customer service. Ambiance is what a fast food restaurant usually has little of. But! Taco Casa is CLEAN! You can't go wrong here. AND i saw one of the mangers telling an employee to get the cup lids out of the trash can and to wash them to SERVE to the paying customers.
