It is a locally owned and operated coffee shop and restaurant serving specialty coffees, teas, refreshers, and sporting a nice menu with sandwiches, soups, great breakfasts, and some Mexican favorites. I decided I wanted to try their chilaquiles. I was trying to choose between red and green salsa, and the server suggested I could get half and half. So that's what I ordered, to be topped with an egg. She asked how I wanted the egg, to which I replied, "over medium" (whites done, yolks still mostly runny). To drink, I ordered sweet iced tea because they told me it was fresh brewed. The iced tea was old and cloudy. I could barely drink it. The chilaquiles were delicious, but the egg was very much well done. The egg was not that big a deal to me, but a coffee and tea shop ought to know that when iced tea gets cloudy, it has gone bad. Update: I found out their iced tea is not meant to be a Southern style American iced tea, but some kind of a Japanese presentation that the owner says is supposed to look cloudy... So that answers that; It's just not what I thought I was ordering. I wasn't going to say anything, but Siomara came to the table and asked how I was enjoying my meal.so I told her about the undrinkable iced tea. She immediately apologized and offered me a replacement drink. She also offered me a goodie from the dessert bar to make up for the overcooked egg. I chose to just get a replacement drink. I think the staff at Betuzas cares about their customers. They seem to do so many things well; the chilaquiles were great (bothe the red and the green). I would go again. I will just order a fruit refresher instead of their iced tea.

Jersey Mike's is known for their well-stacked sub sandwiches filled with fresh ingredients to order. You can order a standard off the menu (My favorite is The Original Italian), choosing between cold and hot served subs, and then customize as you wish. I love the fresh ingredients. The Original Italian comes with: Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni. I get it dressed "Mike's Way" with Onions, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Red Wine Vinegar, Olive Oil Blend, Oregano, and Salt, then I customize it with added dill pickles, banana peppers and Jalapeños. They have all your favorites like cheese steak, club, roast beef, turkey, tuna, chicken (roasted, chipotle, bacon ranch, or buffalo) or one of their specialties which even includes a veggie sandwich if you're vegetarian. Jersey Mike's sandwiches come in your choice of bread which is more substantial than their competition (which is mostly air), JM is quite generous with the filling too. Because these subs are more substantial, they satisfy my hunger significantly faster than other chains. The subs come in three sizes: Mini Sub: Approximately 4 to 5 inches long. Regular Sub: Approximately 7 to 7.5 inches long, (double the size of the mini.) Giant Sub: Approximately 14 to 15 inches long, (double the size of the regular sub.) I usually get the regular sub and sometimes save half for lunch the next day. It would take a huge appetite to consume the giant! For me, the giant would be enough for a small family to share. This location does not have a drive through, but there are special parking places for those who order ahead with the app. By the way, I recommend the app and having an account, because you find out about specials, and get points good towards rewards. My last order was free! The employees here have always been friendly, efficient, and provided great service. Tips are not required, but they are appreciated. No, it's not table service at a fancy restaurant, but having worked in a restaurant many years ago, I like to tip something. I remember how much I appreciated and even needed the tips I received for good service. The sandwiches are served wrapped in wax paper and enclosed in a tube shaped paper bag. If it's take-out, they put it in a nice paper bag with handles. For drinks, Jersey Mike's offers fountain drinks, bottled soda, bottled tea, and bottled water. They also have a variety of chips, and some cookies and brownies. If you've never tried Jersey Mike's, and like subs, you really need to check them out. You may never return to your former sub shop.
