This experience was a great one! Went in to order my sub and since I'm from America, I wanted to make sure I was able to use the points I had for $2 off. I told this to the female worker and she said she can ring me up first if I wanted to make sure I got my app discount. Everything worked out great, used my points for the discount and then she made my sub. And she made it GOOD!!!!! Gave me everything I asked for and it tasted great! I feel like this Subway is definitely a hit or miss depending on who you get to make your food. So yes, I will still continue to come here in hopes my experience will be like this last one. read more

About average for a subway. They obviously don't care if your sandwich is enjoyable or easy to eat. They know they are not eating it. Bread was ok, meat and vegetables were ok. Distribution of meat and vegetables was pretty bad. Cookies were thrown into a box with no regard for the person who might eat them later. read more

There are good Subway locations and there are bad Subway locations, this is neither. Dixon's Subway is simply disgusting. The bread is like eating cardboard with shards of rocks. The chicken is drier than the Sahara desert and the veggies are just a sad lump of mush. My dog wouldn't even eat this. They can't be bothered to wrap the sandwich fully or simply seal the bag with the provided sticker. The White Macadamia Cookies aren't bad though, and that's about the only good thing here. Grabbed a sub for lunch around 10, as I was working nearby and wanted to avoid the lunch time rush. There was one person ahead of me and service was extremely slow. A third person came in as a second person started their shift. If you think that would speed things up your sadly mistaken. I ordered a foot long blt on Italian herb & cheese bread. Thankfully my sub was made to my liking it just took way to long for a fast food place. The location itself appeared clean. Drinks and chips were well stocked and the single stall/gendered washrooms also seemed clean. My sub was ok, nothing amazing but nothing wrong with it either. My only complaint with this place was the slow service. If it was this slow on an off time I'd hate to see how they do at the lunch time rush. read more

I haven't even gotten my food yet, but since this is a subway, I know it won't really change my rating. Firstly, I order my sandwich on uber eats. It says it should arrive in about 15 minutes. 15 minutes comes and goes, and I see they're still preparing my order. Odd. I call them to find out that they had issues opening it, and never thought to inform me or anything. Nothing at all. So they say give them 5-10 minutes. I wait 10 minutes. It's now been about 30, since I first ordered the food. She proceeds to tell me that half of the things I ordered they don't have, and I had to replace the order on the phone. Really? Then she literally hangs up on me, and I'm like, you underestimate my level of hanger and insanity, honestly. Another 5 minutes went by and I JUST (and i mean literally just) got the notification that the food is on its way. The service has just been awful. If I wanted to wait 35 minutes for a sandwich, I would've paid a bit more and ordered some gourmet cosmic shit UPDATE: they still messed up the order and gave me bbq sauce when I specified honey mustard. Went in for a quick lunch. Only two people ahead of me but it took 20 mins to just start my order. They only put one scoop of meat on my foot long. I didn't say anything(maybe it'll help me cut back for the diet lol) the veggies tasted old and stale. Ordered a meal and a cookie. The soda machine was out of almost everything. I grab my cookie out of the bag, and there's already a bite in it. How'd they miss that when getting it out? Idk. I know sometimes pieces fall off. This place is a godsend for guests at nearby hotels who would otherwise go hungry or live on room-temperature snacks for the duration of their stay. I was just involved in a conference at which many of the attendees might have perished in the Canada wind if it weren't for Subway. Employes were just standing around talking to each other in there native language, didn't care about the costumers. One employ was coughing all over the station. No hair net. I would give this subway 0 stars if I could. The bread was stale and the tuna was so dry. They did not use mayo like the way every other subway makes there tuna. They over charge more than every other subway I have other been to. I asked them to put me honey mustard and they put some spicy Dijon mustard that tasted off, mind you subway uses the best honey mustard. The flavor threw off the whole sub. When I asked if there was different honey mustard the women working behind the counter rudely answered saying "this is the only honey mustard we have" but it's clearly not the original subway honey mustard. Yes. 4 stars for a Subway. Why? First of all, it's in close proximity to the Toronto Airport hotels. Secondly, and probably the most important, it's 24 hours. This is huge for late night eaters who don't want to wander all over Toronto to get a meal. The place itself was really no different than any other Subway I've been to. The service was prompt, friendly and accurate. What more can you ask for in fast food? I was very satisfied.
