I ordered on the app the Fan Box (comes with 8 count onion rings, curly fries, some mini tacos, and a 5 count of churros). I went through the line, gave my name, and everyone was nice except the girl at the window who failed to pay attention to the bag she was handing out and was standoffish. I get it, everyone makes mistakes but at least be confident in the mistake that was made. I even told her my name again "no ma'am, mine was the mobile order for Adrian" and hands me Arely's... I noticed while I was picking up other families food at McDonald's that I had the wrong order... I went back.. sat in the drive through for 20 minutes, got to the window, successfully got my food after returning Arely's food. I then left the drive through and checked my bag for the condiments that came with the box, none. So I turned around to go get them and stood in the lobby for ten minutes before someone noticed I was up there. Got home, my food was cold, onion rings were severely under done I had to cook them in the air fryer, fries were hard and almost ice cold. So instead of remaking my order they failed to give me they gave me the half cooked grossly cold order. This location does NOT prioritize customers. Instead of focusing on the time in the drive through (bc it's clear we are all waiting for a bit anyways) maybe focus on the quality of their food and training window person to check every bag going out. Mess ups happen, I mean my dinner was horrible but oh well. Definitely won't visit that location again seeing how others also had a horrible experience and mine wasn't the only one.

We got a #30 (spicy chicken) with large curly fries and a large Fanta with no ice, and a French toast combo, and loaded tiny tacos. When they finally brought out food (after waiting for over 5 minutes in the parking lot), the guy that brought the orders out brought two orders, was confused, went back inside, then came back outside and gave the order to the car that was BEHIND us first! Then he gave another order to another card behind us. My husband finally got out to go inside and find out what was going on. They order he given to the second car behind turned out to be our order! The lady he gave the order to brought it back inside, and they just gave it to my husband (instead of making a new order after this lady had her hands all in the bags). She came in and said "I didn't order tiny tacos or French toast", which means not only did the guy that brought the food out, not checked the order, but the lady that got the food, opened the order and looked at all the stuff. So we took the food and finally headed home (should have definitely checked the order in the car)! While my husband was inside, one of the employees came out to his car with two sodas. I thought he was just taking his lunch because he was walking as slowly as he possibly could. Put the sodas in his car, sat in his car for two minutes and then sauntered back to the store absolutely as slowly as he possibly could walk. I don't think I've ever seen someone walk slower. Considering there was at least 10 cars in the drive-through and three cars waiting for food, what a waste of a paycheck. Our "large" fries were LESS than half full and completely cold! The tiny tacos were supposed to be loaded and had NOTHING on them, so that order was wrong. And the spicy chicken sandwich was literally the smallest sandwich I've EVER had at a jack in the box in my life. The most disappointing thing is that there were FOUR people working, including a manager! All of which couldn't have been older than like 20. And NONE of which had any idea what they were doing. Like it was everyone's first day. Definitely NEVER coming back to this location and will be going to Corporate about this issue. Lastly, the hash brown that came with the French toast sticks was like a wet sponge.
