I was so impressed with the menu, I decided to create a fish sandwich, with a couple of substitutions. On the menu it is called TABC on a Bun (Tomato Avocado Bacon top of grilled chicken on a bun). I substituted the grilled chicken for the Cajun grilled catfish! and Omitted the Bacon. The grilled Catfish sandwich was perfectly seasoned and balanced with the Avocado, cheese,tomato and toasted bun. It was definitely Heaven!!
