What is wrong with this place? I have literally never got my order right here. I don't know how somebody can get to the age where they can have a job they go through an interview they get hired & trained yet still have no idea what's going they're doing. Can't read a simple order with just one or two sandwiches which is all I've ever ordered and one of them is a ham and turkey sandwich with nothing on it. Literally just meat and bread and every time I've ordered it they have added stuff to it. I stopped ordering her over a year ago and circumstances just brought me to deciding to go ahead and get this sandwich for my granddaughter but she used to eat and of course I get home and the sandwich was covered in mayonnaise. And also what is it with these people at these restaurants where you say you don't want something and they give you like three times more than even the normal amount would be? It's truly mind-boggling. And it's pretty much most places I go to but this restaurant along with the little Caesars in Fillmore same thing every time I go the order is made wrong or it's completely burnt it looks like they dropped it I mean something is always wrong with my food there. Must be nice to have a job where you just kind of fluff around with no personality whatsoever and make constant mistakes yet nothing ever happens to you. Needless to say I am absolutely done with these places no matter what the emergency is. Also if you happen to work at either one of these places, do better. Since I haven't been to a subway in close to 10 years, it is shocking how small the sandwiches are now. A 6 in is like a child's sandwich now. It's tough to deal with the price but it is insult to injury when it's way more expensive and drastically smaller. I know it's happening everywhere but some are worse than others and subway got pretty bad. It's almost comical that they expect people to deal with it. After a few minutes I decide to say : hi and then one of them said : what do you want today ? Never had an issue with subway until today had a large order well six sandwiches so sad when we got home I ordered "the great garlic" with all the veggies and it's supposed to have rotisserie chicken and bacon to my surprise it only had slices of bacon and a few pieces of chicken on one half and the other half had bacon only. Very dissatisfied for what the price is. I know produce is expensive but they really are frugal with the veggies as well everyone else's sandwiches were almost non existing not to mention the flat bread should be considered a tortilla. Employees were nice as always but the way the sandwiches were now made which I asume is the new normal I won't be going back if anything I'll stop by VONS and grab a sandwich at the deli. Sandwiches aren't bad, but something is ALWAYS broken. They didn't have ice tea for like 6 months, maybe longer. Last week the toaster was broken. Customer service is awful. Myself and two colleagues stood there for a good 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged by any of the three employees behind the counter. There was only one person in front of us. When we were noticed, there was no greeting or any type of pleasantries, just "what can I get you?" I guess basic manners are a dying tradition. read more

They are running an advertised special for a $2.99 6 inch chicken sandwich. Usually avoid Subway since an incident of food poisoning about three years ago with some slimy turkey on a sandwich, but thought why not... Mistake. Got the sandwich (opted for the spinach wrap) and got to the check out station, "$ 7.71 please" Hmmm "I thought it was $2.99". Their response, "not for the wrap option, the $2.99 is for a regular sandwich" The "wrap option" costs almost $5 more? Rip off. There is nothing in the signage that says that one bread option costs more than an another. Rip off. Maybe I'll go back in another three years, doubtful though. read more

Your standard Subway Sandwich chain restaurant. Much like the cookie-cutter nature of Starbucks, there isn't too many variances in Subway locations. The service is expedient and the restaurant clean. I rated it three stars though because of an incident that occurs more often than it should. Fillmore is one of the Haas avocado capitals of the world and on a few different occasion, this particular Subway location has been out of avocados. I understand that Subway ships their ingredients in and doesn't necessarily use local produce, but it seems a little silly when I can stare at an avocado grove while my sandwich artist explains to me that they are "out of avocados." Otherwise, this standard healthy fast food chain operates as you would expect. read more

Eat at this location regularly. Standard subway. I will never go back here because of the stupidity I experienced during my last visit.

On Friday 1/15/2021 there were 3 female workers. It was around the 1:30-2:30pm shift and to clarify, only the 2 younger (probably immature teens) were terrible. The older lady was great. I asked for ranch and chipotle dressings on my sub and one girl put Mayo instead of ranch. No problem, I just clarified "sorry I said ranch" and as she slowly took off the Mayo she tells me with attitude "No you said Mayo" and laughed. Then her posse friend (other teen worker) said behind her "yeah I heard Mayo too" and repeated it another time while laughing too. Never did I give the two teens attitude nor tell them to remake the sandwich. I just clarified what I had asked for. Terrible customer service. It's your job girls, it's not a high school cat fight. read more

Well subway isn't the best in my opinion, but if ya want a sub and feeling lazy to cook it's ok. The downer on this place is the staff. Really unfriendly and you feel as if you are a bother for them. I was short a penny for my sandwich one time no joke had 10 something wth change and didn't want to use a 20 and I asked if they had a penny and the guy said "actually I don't" I really wanted to just leave but my stomach said otherwise. My family and I have been going to this subway location for years, and have noticed a steep decline in both the care with which the sandwiches are made and the attitude of the staff. The cleanliness of the place could also use some improvement. We just had one incident there which convinced me never to go back. I came in with my son and daughter, ages 9 and 11, and they did not know what they wanted right away; took a grand total of about a minute and a half to decide. The young lady at the counter brusquely asked us what we wanted, and I asked if she could substitute milk for the soda on a combo. She said yes and seemed very annoyed that I had asked. She asked again what we wanted and I started to tell her. She interrupted asking "what kind of bread". I asked my son and before he could answer, she went off on us and said "I don't have all day, WHAT KIND OF BREAD!" in a raised voice with a nasty tone. I just told the children to come on to another place and we left. This was by far the worst treatment I have ever had at a fast food restaurant, and I will never go back. If subway allows this type of attitude by their staff throughout the chain, I do not think they will be in business much longer. No wonder their mascot, Jared, got busted! read more

These sandwich makers need some management desperately. When you ask for pickles and they just put a big wad right in the center I don't think that's typical practice. Or when they placed two sandwiches in a bag shouldn't they at least be facing the same direction? Tomatoes fell out... Smh our sandwiches were made with no care at all.
