Okay so like every other review that's real they can't get the order right and are very rude. When I called to complain the woman who starts off with in the manager won't make my order right I'm tired if going back to this place to fix there errors. This time she was so rude I told her to keep the food. it's just so disappointing we do not have a ton of food choices in town so there poor management and incompetent staff hits hard. Slowest fast food don't even attempt to come here waited 20 minutes for food not a long line

I don't usually write reviews for fast food restaurants, but I've had minor issues with this specific restaurant location in the past and today was the last straw. My drive thru order was: 1x Western Bacon Cheeseburger 1x medium Sprite 1x Large #6 (Big Carl combo meal) with Diet Coke. 1x Kids meal, Chicken Stars. So at the window, I pay with a debit card, and receive a bag with our food and two drinks. So I stated that I'm missing the medium Sprite. The worker and the window said, "Oh, she must have heard medium fries. Give me the bag and I'll switch it out." And I did. So the worker at the window removed my medium fries and handed me the bag and a medium Sprite. As I was driving home, I started thinking to myself, "Why would she remove my fries if I paid for them. I'm sure medium fries cost more than a medium drink. And also, is she going to serve those medium fries to someone else?" So I get home. I'm hungry and my wife is cranky because the Seahawks are losing to the Rams in the NFC Wild Card game. I take a sip or my Diet Coke, because I'm not a coffee drinker so Coca-Cola is my go to drink, and it's Dr Pepper! It tasted like a liquid doctors visit. Just beyond frustrated. read more

The Mexican woman at the counter spoke so fast that she was hard to understand. The chicken sandwich was so salty that it was unedible .the so called famous star sucked the whole time was bad from start to.can't say finish because it could not be eaten asked for no pickles and the first bite was all pickles. It's.. A fast food franchise location. With a lot of the problems that tons of fast food franchise locations have. They've gotten my order wrong more than once. You could do a lot worse, but could also do a lot better. It's not like the food itself has been inedible or looked like it had been mishandled or anything like that, in my experience. read more

I stopped by tonight driving back from work down the 126... They have apparently done away with the broken down playground equipment that was such a blight before...it is now a couple of tables outside the restaurant. I ordered the hand breaded chicken strips that were actually delicious. The waffle cut fries which failed to impress. The service was actually on the decent side...no complaints. I would be a 4 star place for me now that the playground is fixed but they still charge you extra for using an atm/debit card...get with the times guys. I guess if you want to come here just make sure you bring cash. :0) read more

This is usually our go to spot after a long night and usually are very nice and orders are right. Last night stopped in ordered our food, got home and 1 hamburger was completely wrong. I called and manager knew exactly what I was talking about. He actually finished my complaint before I did. So we drove back to get correct hamburger, they asked if we brought the wrong one back (ummm, no we tossed it), they proceed to tell us for future to bring bravo wrong item (ummm, ok). We then order a milkshake and they had the audacity to charge us for it. After it was their mistake and we drove back, they offered no compensation or even a discount on milkshake. I just think since it was their mistake not ours they could of at least given us a frikn napkin or something! read more

Worst fast food restaurant! I don't write too many reviews, especially negative ones. But this deserves some notice. Fillmore is a common thorough way for RVers; we use the 126 to slow our drive and stop for food and gas. We've been to this Carl's Jr multiple times over the years. The service and friendly demeanor is not great (every place is different) . But the latest issue is the closure of the in restaurant bathrooms! We asked, but they say it's temporary; but it manages to be closed the last couple of times we've stopped for food. When I asked about the situation, they said they were being fixed and that we should go to the next door restaurant to use their bathroom. Really! We won't be visiting this CJs any longer. Rude and untruthful. If they don't want their customers to use the facilities before eating their food (I'm guessing due to COVID), they don't understand the common hygiene needs of their paying customers. I think that there should be full training prior to putting someone on the drive thru window. It shouldn't take 5 minutes to order food for 2 people in a drive thru.... but it did. The poor guy was frazzled when we got to the window. I was super annoyed, but couldn't help but feel sorry for him. I know he was trying but I think he should have had someone there helping him prior to turning him loose on his own. I'm not much of a fast food person, I prefer to dine in, so it's likely we won't return. read more

This Carl's Jr. is on the 126 highway in Fillmore, Ca. They've got a great big Neon sign that reminds me of the images of the heydays of the "Route 66" Restaurants. (For you Pixar fans, think Radiator Springs) I've wanted to eat here because they had that sign. I had my opportunity too over the weekend. I walked in, was greeted politely, and I ordered a small Jalapeno Turkey Burger combo. I was given a cup, and I fixed myself an iced coffee. I walked outside and sat down. It was a very nice day, and the view of the majestic mountains on the horizon made for a nice backdrop for my meal. My stomach grumbled, which caused me to look back inside and saw my turkey burger and fries wandering around on a tray looking for me. I flagged the lady carrying it down, and handed her my table-number in exchange for my lunch. I brought the tray back to my outside seat and opened it up to admire it. (And take the yelp photo) The turkey patty was grilled well, and the fries were as tasty as any other Carl's Jr. I've been too. As I ate I watched the cars whiz by on the 126 freeway. I wondered where they were headed. If they were locals just driving around as they always do, or if they were like me; wanderers driving and admiring the scenery. After I finished my burger, I threw away the trash, and went inside to wash my hands. As I returned to my car, I kinda hoped it was nighttime and I could see their neon sign all lit up. But I suppose that will have to be another adventure sometime in the future. As always, good job Carl's Jr. read more

One thing that I loved from Carl's jr team. Is that they always care about the customer. Yeah the food might take a few minutes , but I've noticed that my food is always fresh , the crew members are so friendly , you can feel comfortable at the place, while getting my food served, the manager approaches to my table and apologized for the delay , a very gentle and friendly young man , named Jose Luis , a couple minutes passed and I got my food hot and fresh , other fast food restaurants don even care about the customer,for example McDonalds, keep it up guys !!!! Consistently get me or my girlfriend's order wrong unfortunately. Not a big deal until it happens several times. Just saying when someone orders something and make specific requests - attention to detail is pretty important. You never know if a customer could be asking for their food a certain way due to health reasons or something, or simply don't like chopped up onions covering their burger! read more

Stop here yesterday (2/20/2017) as I was passing thru town to grab lunch for my two kids and myself..... Big mistake! I went through the drive thru, had to repeat my order several times so the lady could get it straight. I ordered two chicken star kids meals, a 4 pc chicken star, a side of fried zucchini and a soda. I got to the window and paid with a $20... I noticed the lady at the register open the drawer to give me change but placed my $20 on the side counter. She gave me back correct change, shut the register but never put my $20 in the drawer!!! AND I was never given a receipt! (Management BEWARE!!) Looks very suspicious! I was handed my drink then told to pull forward past the camera and she would bring me my food, there was no one in line behind me so I kind of gave the lady a questioning look and she pointed at the camera in the drivethru and said "oh its because we are being timed? Really.... That's what the camera is for! So I pulled forward and waited. She brought out my food, and was polite. I opened my bag only to notice my 4pc chicken star was missing.... so I went back into the drivethru line, advised my order was missing the chicken star... The lady told me it was in the bag and to keep looking??? REALLY? Then she advised that the 4 pc was divided and placed in my kids meals? What? Why would you do that? Whatever so I left. I began to eat my friend zucchini and two bites in it was totally raw.... zucchini was cold and slimy and the batter was raw.... gross! My kids eat everything... My 6 year old said mommy the chicken stars taste funny.... I immediately pulled over, took all the chicken away from my children and threw it in the trash. Well that was $20 down the drain..... My kids asked if we could go to McDonalds next time and I said absolutely... We will never stop there again. Honestly... I get it, sometimes fast food is gross... But to be more concerned about the timer on the drivethru camera then the quality of food and safety of cooked food? Something is backwards! And Managers/Owner.... I stopped in last Friday while on a road trip, and asked for the Senior discount, which I have gotten at every other Carls Jr. location I have ever visited. While the receipt listed Senior Discount 10% just below the list of items that I ordered, there was no discount given. When I questioned it, the employee who was helping me said that it is because this particular franchise does not offer it. That does not seem right to me. Why would it be written on the receipt if they don't offer it? Has anybody else had a similar experience at this location? I will not be going back. read more

Expect bad quality. Paid to much for low quality, way worst than pictures in drive through. Upset and unhappy with this location.

Burgers come out sloppy and not in the quality you would hope for at least from a decent fast food joint. General Manager has no customer service skills, he is rude and doesn't realize that each customer counts and should be appreciated.
