This location is terrible. They accepted an ezcater order for a time when they are CLOSED. Imagine placing an order well in advance (you have to use ezcater for large orders), having the restaurant accept it, and then the doors are locked and the lights are off when you show up to pick it up. While this is not one of my favorite stores, on the day of the visit I must confess that the service was outstanding. The store not only had X's taped to the flood six feet apart, but the store and counters were clean, and the worker took every precaution in practicing good personal hygiene. He was friendly, talkative, and very personable. As a second-week employee working alone, he prepared my order with great precision. He had no problem with adding more requested ingredients. Often, he apologized for some of the vegetables being frozen while trying to pick around them. The service was very personable and I will return. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I go to order online there is a promotion for 20% off. I place my order and they take my money only to call me and tell me that they are cancelling my order my order due to them not taking promotions or discounts. I work in a restaurant and I know for a fact that you have to except the order and the discount due to it being linked to your account. I heard that they don't except promotions. But I had it in writing that they do. They will never get my business because they don't honor what they have in writing. read more

I went to this Subway location on June 2nd, 2021. It was Wednesday at 7:48 PM. The customer service was extremely poor. There were 2 employees on their cell phones, and no other customers. Both sandwich makers ignored me for a while and did not greet me as they continued to mess around with their phones behind the counter. Eventually one of the Sandwich makers asked if she could help me. I ordered a Spicy Italian. She had a really bad attitude and tried to skimp on the sandwich. She added small sprinkles of lettuce, which was brown and wilted. I continued to ask her to add more ingredients, and she continued to resist! I ended up with a sandwich that consisted of a bunch of soggy, wilted lettuce. It tasted awful. I would like to add that the workers were not wearing hair nets, and their uniforms appeared to be unkempt. This store needs to get it together! Usually I have a good experience with this subway sandwich shop. I pass two others to go to this one. However, on this occasion I was most dissatisfied. Not only did I get overcharged ( it added a 5.00 tip) and had to wait at least 15 minutes for it to be resolved but by the time I got home the bread was so soggy that the sandwich was inedible. I'm all for giving second chances but I have to think about it. read more

Whatever you do, don't go to this location. The customer service was terrible, I wasn't even acknowledged for a few minutes when I walked in, and no other customer was in the building. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was zero, the condiment bottles were filthy, and it looks like nothing had been wiped down in weeks. I used to frequent this Subway often because the one in my town closed, so I went there 12/7/21 around 6 PM. I knew it was trouble when the person in front of me had ordered 5 sandwiches, so I had to wait while a trainee and the more experienced employee waited on her. I waited at least 15 minutes to get waited on while the trainee struggled to roll up her sandwiches (sloppily) even though the other guy literally showed and helped him on each one. Most people would have left because Jersey Mike's is right down the road and have better sandwiches, but I wanted to try the Baja Steak and Jack. My mistake because the new guy struggled from cutting the bread to adding meat & cheeses to toasting to adding the veggies and condiments and of course the roll. I asked the experienced guy as he was ringing me up to the tune of $10.66, do I get a student driver discount for waiting so long for a "sandwich" of course he was numb nuts to that quip. But I did tell him they need to do a better job of training people before they put them in front of customers because they will lose plenty and if I came back, he better make my sandwich, or I would walk out. When I got home the sandwich was of course disappointing, not enough meat, tasted like crap. I will be calling the manager next day to express my disappointment. read more

So I used to hate coming here because the experience was horrible. Workers were unprofessional, ingredients always out of stock (always running out of cookies and tomatoes), and music blasting so loud I could barely convey my order. This place must be under new management because none of the above exists anymore. The experience was peaceful and friendly, plus all the ingredients were there. For sure, better than what it was. Management has done a good job turning this place around. Food is fresh and service is fast. I have seen some people feel as though the staff can be rude at times. I had the worst experience here this morning and I am a faithful customer. The young lady was horrible. And when I tried to explain the coupon n figure out my total I then asked for a manager or a number to call she said she was the manager. I looked up and she threw my chips n almost threw the sandwiches n she ran to the back. I was trying to figure out what happened and what was going on. She just told me to take it and leave and she didn't care and she ran to the back. It was like she had a breakdown or something. I'm so tired of minimum wage people with bad attitudes. It's not my fault u work there. Ok on with the review. First, they only had one type of bread. There's usually six or seven different types but they only had one available. Seriously? They had all morning to bake bread and all they could do is one. Wow! So I place my order, a footlong spicy italian and a footlong seafood, with the bread choice i never had before (which tasted like it was burnt or something, it's the one with all the cheese and crap on top). So as the girl slides the sandwich down to put the veggies on, the counter wasn't clean so crap from the last ten sandwiches ended up on the paper with my sandwich. She acted like she wasnt gonna take that crap off the paper, so i ask her to take the banana peppers and the rest of the crap off the paper since it was right next to my seafood sandwich. She rolls her eyes and takes it off. The girl asked me what i want on my sandwich. I say everything no peppers and no cucumbers. Her dumbazz says which peppers. I say no peppers any peppers, as she rolls her eyes and reaches for the cucumbers. I say no cucumbers, as she rolls her eyes again. After rolling up my sandwiches she pushes them to the side and moves to the next customer without a word. No thank you, no nothin. What a stank attitude. As i get to my destination and start eating my spicy italian i realize she didn't put any tomatoes on my sandwich. I was actually in a hurry that's the only reason i didn't talk to a manager. After waiting a half hour for this older gentleman to finish his order, it was my turn. Alinda, from the start made the simple process of ordering a BLC into something more like preventing a nuclear holocaust. My sandwich was filled with a measly 4 pieces of bacon. Then it was cheese time, which was even more embarrassing than the bacon. She took 2 scoops from a small ice cream scooper and pathetically poured the minuscule amount onto something that I can't even call a sandwich.
