I was greeted at the window where you order. They do pick up orders and it appeared that they also do some delivery or you can order and eat there. After checking out the menu I decided on what I wanted and places my order. You order and pay and then have a seat and they bring your food out to you. It didn't take more than 3-4 minutes to get my food after ordering which was pretty impressive. It was piping hot also. I got the great white buffalo spud and the loaded spud nuggets. I also ended up getting one of the sloppy joe spuds to take home for my family. I had in my head that the spud nuggets were going to be something similar to tots but that was not the case. It was basically baked potatoes cut into chunks and smothered in cheese and bacon. They were pretty tasty but I thought they could use something to dip them in so I used the sauce from the great white buffalo spud. The great white buffalo was delicious and very flavorful. It was a baked potato (extremely large baked potato to be exact) drowning in butter with chunks of chicken and smothered in ranch and buffalo sauce. The ranch helped cool the your mouth from the buffalo sauce and was a great combo. These servings are ginormous and I couldn't even eat half of it so I had plenty to take home. After I got my food brought to my table and got my to go boxes I didn't see anyone else after that so if you are eating and need anything you will probably have to go back to the ordering window. There are a couple booths to sit on as well as some tables and a little bar area with bar stools. It's a fairly small establishment. I really enjoyed my meal and my family devoured the leftovers when I got home. The sloppy joe spud was great. It had melted cheese and a ton of sweet sloppy Joe's on top of a baked potato along with a pickle on the side and red onions on top. This place is definitely worth checking out if you are ever in the Princeton area. Not only do they have amazing baked potatoes but they also have wraps and salads on the menu. I can't wait to come back and try something else!

The hours do vary here sometimes they are open from 6:00 to 10:00 sometimes 7:00 to 11:00 sometimes 7:00 to 10:00 they say the best thing to do is to check the website for accuracy. It does happen because of staffing in this post covid world everybody knows. I came in and I had a five layer beef burrito which became a four layer burrito LOL because I opted not to have the gooey cheese. It consisted of basically beef refried beans sour cream and regular cheese. I also got myself a hard shell taco supreme meat cheese and sour cream today and had a diet Pepsi. The staff is pretty good they've been through changes through here though like many places they run a high turnover sometimes staff is short but my visit today was four stars it was above average it was really good the quality of the food was right on.. the only thing forgot I didn't do with the burrito I should have had it grilled. Oh well next time LOL. Other than that they're doing what they can here in this pilot keeping things going the best that they can and that's about all you can ask and the drive-thru stays open for the regular General public.
