The two young men working were not even behind the counter. They were sitting in the dining room no customers still an hour before close. I ordered a salad from the store on Browns Bridge in Gainesville and it was the WORST salad I have ever ordered. The bacon was uncooked and they didn't have the correct size lid for the bowl, sooo they took a larger lid and plastic wrap and wrapped the lid on top of the bowl. Mind you this was a $9.00 salad. Last night was the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant. The associate allowed me to stand in line for 10 minutes before telling me that he was no longer taking in-store orders & that I had to order online. After I went outside to make my online order I noticed more people were going in and being serviced. As I went back inside to wait for my online order I see him completing a purchase at the register, then he tells the next couple that he can't service them because they did not order online after they've stood in line for 10 minutes while he completed an order for someone who did not order online. The couple leaves and the next couple is ordering and he completes their order with no problem but I noticed he did not make them pay, they order 2-3 footlongs. Finally, it's time for my sandwiches to be made so I proceeded to call out my order and he tells me "I'm not working on your order, there was an online order before you." It's now 8:20 my order is supposed to be ready at 8:25 pm, I continue to wait. More people are coming in and I'm informing them that he's not taking in-store orders only online and one gentleman asks why? The associate explains that he's not allowed to take in-store orders and that the last order he took in store was for his family, which why they did not pay. He completes the order before mine and again I began to call put my order to help the process moves faster and without warning, he goes to the restroom. When he comes I asked for a refund because I've been at the restaurant for over an hour. He tells me that the only way to receive a refund is to bring my receipt in tomorrow morning. So I impatiently continue to wait. While waiting a Uber eats driver comes in to pick up orders and he tells her to tell the customers to cancel their order bc he's about to leave and he won't be able to make their order although their order was placed before the store closed and the open sign was still on and there were still people inside waiting for their online order. I will never come to this subway again. I can't believe they would hire someone with such a poor work ethic. read more

I'm not the type to do reviews but this one deserves one. I waited about 20 minutes just to pay. I asked for tuna, they didn't have tuna and someone behind us they were white said oh I wanted tuna the employee automatically said oh I will make right away. I don't know if it was because I was a colored person but it was very unprofessional. All the veggies was all on top of another. I'm not a person with allergies but what if someone is allergic to tomatoes and the lettuce touched that, they would automatically get an allergic reaction. It felt very dirty it looked like it too. I love Subway but I will never be coming to this one again. There was 3 workers and no way it was going that slow. The way they greeted me too was extremely unprofessional. read more
