I am an avid fan of their restaurants, but this one is far below par. I was the only person in the store, and was ignored for over 5 minutes. Then the person kept asking me to repeat my order. By that time others had come in. The server took two other orders, then commenced to work on mine and the others at the same time. In addition, their attitude seemed like they would much rather be somewhere else. At their price point, courteous service should be a given. This the ONLY JM store I've experienced this in. I won't be back there again. Too many other JM'S to go to instead. read more

Super slow - can't believe it would take more than 15 minutes to get a sub with only 2 people in front of me in line. Seems like they are more focused on online orders than those who are in store. I can't afford to sit around for almost 20 mins. Can't go back and experience that again read more

Great sub! I'm from Philadelphia and this reminded me of home. Very close to what I used to get at home.

Not sure what is happening at this location but every time I order the same #8 Club they are not following instructions. Every time I go in to order I ask for light oil & vinegar. They just pour it on right in front of me and if I order on the app and make the same request, again the sandwich is swimming in the oil & vinegar and the bread is wet. Today I ordered from the app making the same request and received a completely dry sandwich ! No oil & vinegar at all, no oregano, no pepper and very dry bread Please read your orders and listen to the customers request when standing in front of you!! Please ? read more

Dawsonville highway is a bit of a drive for me so I get Jersey Mikes on uber eats. The most popular is the Italian and that's what I always get. It's consistently top tier for flavor, freshness and quality. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. read more

The sandwiches were excellent, my wife had the Philly Cheese Steak. She said it was excellent and well made. I had the Roast Beef and Provolone which as usual was outstanding. The only reason for three stars is because of issues with the facility. The soda machine was leaking water and no sign was up and no one was watching it. The regular soda machine was out of regular Pepsi and no one at the counter said anything. Then to find out it has been out for two days already. Men's room has water on the floor and someone needs lessons in cleaning that is for sure. I love Jersey Mike's sandwiches but will be awhile before I visit this place again. read more

Placed an order through UberEats for two sandwiches. Waited 40-50 minutes for delivery. When the food got here one whole sandwich was missing. When I called the restaurant I was told they realized the error as soon as the driver left but did nothing to contact me, the driver or UberEats...excuse was "we didn't have any contact info on the order". So rather than trying to contact UberEats, they did nothing. Then the wanted me to come pick up a new sandwich or I could call UberEats to have the driver come back. That's not how it works, the driver won't go back because they have other deliveries to make. Now I understand that mistakes get made, but when you're in a customer service based business and you've messed up this bad, you should do something to fix it, but just pawn the customer off on the delivery service. It wasn't UberEats' fault your staff messed up!!! Needless to say, I'm not a fan of Jersey Mike's. The food is edible but not memorable. Anyone can make a sandwich.... read more

Always great. I have been going here for the last 2 or 3 years, and everything has been amazing every time i go. My family loves it too.

Compared to the other local Jersey Mikes in Braselton and Cornelia this location skimps on its cuts of protein for your sandwich. You can tell the difference in weight and appearance at other locations. The subs are not cheap so I asked the operators who are very nice why are the sandwiches not as hearty as in the past? There has been no change and I actually watched them put 3 - 1/4 sized slices and 1 - full size slice while building my regular size sandwich when it should be 3 full sized slices. The nice demeanor of the operators does not over ride that your paying more for less of a meal compared to other local franchises. The sandwich and the service was good for the most part. Where I have issue is I ordered an Italian sub by myself and granted I did not specify which size but I had to step away for a minute came back and evidently I got a giant sub for one person $15 I was not very happy. Being that I rarely come to Jersey Mike's. I was unaware of what I was getting until it was rang up and could not believe I was getting a sandwich and a bottle of water for almost $19. I think I would have waited for the person to return before making a $15 sub for one person. read more

While we always enjoy the subs, the online ordering at the Gainesville Ga store is iffy. We ordered three italian subs, each with different toppings and added our names for each one. They never looked at the order. All the sandwiches were exactly the same with the same toppings. Very disappointing. read more

Great sandwich. But the service is fragmented since the staffing cutbacks, we had five in our party, we came in at 11:40 for lunch and three hot subs and one giant. (#13) split between two, simple right? Way understaffed. Took them ten minutes to get things rolling and another five to dole out the rest of the order. By the time we left there was a line out the door. The staff was friendly during their ordeal..and sandwiches were good and we will be back. Hope they get the staffing issues taken care of by then, Stopped in for a #13 regular "mikes way" chips and a Drink. 11.50. Now it is a good sub sandwich. But that's a bit pricey. I won't be stopping here often when Publix sub, full size is the same cost as there Half sub. Sad face. A coworker wanted to have lunch Friday here. I know it must be hard to find good help BUT if someone on your staff is obviously sick maybe you shouldn't have them making sandwiches. It doesn't matter if you have gloves on if you are wiping your nose with your gloved hand and then touching sandwiches. And why this girl was the only one not wearing a face mask is beyond me. I stumbled across this place while I was working in the area and starvation let me here. Their menus is pretty simple and I've had cheesesteak imbedded in my brain for the last few days so thought this was just perfect. The staff there seemed to be really nice and everyone was busy doing something. Whipping down tables, cutting up veggies, making orders, ringing up people or sweeping (always a nice thing to see). I decided to go with the chipotle cheesesteak but added mushrooms and bacon (bacon makes everything taste better). I grabbed it to go and devoured it in the car. It was ok nothing to jump for joy for. It was a little to messy for my liking but maybe that's my fault due to it being a "chipotle" style cheesesteak. There's a good amount of parking right in front of the establishment. It shares a lot with chipotle and a mattress store. I'll defiantly go back and try out one of the cold sandwiches. I came in here tonight and the two guys working were very nice. They made awesome sandwiches. Would recommend over any sandwich place.

Came here once and we were about to walk out since the kids menu selection is so slim. My daughter only 2.5 years at the time loves meatballs. So as we were walking out the guy working talked us into staying by saying he could make a kids meatball. Came back today and were told they couldn't do that and they aren't allowed to. Ended up ordering a $9 sub for my 3 year old who didn't even eat half of it. Not all kids eat plain foods. No more Jersey mikes for me!! Too bad my husband likes it so much. read more

I met a friend here after work one day, the place was very unorganized but I can deal with that since it had just opened a few days ago. I ordered the special of the day, but when the girl rang me out she charged me full price, I didn't notice until after I was done eating. I went back up to the lady and told her I was charged the wrong amount, I was very nice and patient. She then called the manager over to help her fix the problem. The manager then proceeded to patronize me and talk to me in a BABY voice saying "oh my goodness well let's just get the BABY her money because she needs her money back". I don't care who you are, you shouldn't talk to anyone that way, where is her respect?! So first of all she made me feel stupid for even asking, she also made me feel not valued as a customer, and that my money wasn't important. The difference was $2.75 which may not seem like a lot, but it is the principle behind it. If something is being advertised a certain price, that needs to be honored. And if a mistake is made by the staff, they need to own up to it and not make it sound like it is the customers fault. The sandwich was great, but this manager completely ruined my entire experience and I won't be back to this location for a long time. read more
