Service person is awful. I've encountered her before and gave her the benefit of the doubt of having a bad day. Today she was just outright rude about what was and wasn't possible. For all service people I always leave Tip because I've the worked service industry and know that's how bills get paid - not today! She got no TIP, no thank you and no have a nice day. Honestly, I should have canceled my order half way through and gone to Sonic which next door. That tells you how bad it was - Sonic. I was there at 1420 pm on Feb 20 so there's no debate who she was. i order my food in online at 10:30 so my food be ready @11 I arrived to the store my food was not ready or even had my ticket. I was waiting in line and showed the lady my confirmation number and the order . she finally puts up my ticket but she never work on it she decide to keep taking order from people behind me. and make there orders while mine was next . until I said hey I'm here waiting on my order why are you skipping me. and she still finished doing the other orders and left me till the end. I will never go back to that place. my co worker had to leave because they did the same to him. we had only 30 minutes break and we was waiting for more than 20 minutes. The best subway around! You'll find me here weekly . The bread and veggies are always fresh and delicious. On top of that , this is always a reliable lunch spot because the staff consistently knows how to make a long line move quickly ! They're open for breakfast too which I haven't experienced myself yet, but I've heard it's really good too! read more

We were driving through the area on Saturday, and decided to stop here for lunch since they have healthier options. We were greeted upon entering. There were a few people in line already, but it didn't take long for our turn. I ordered a Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sandwich. First, I must tell you they put more chicken on this sandwich than literally any other Subway I've been to. They could hardly close the sandwich! The veggie offerings were fresh, and the staff friendly. The location was clean, including the bathrooms. Easy on and off the interstate. I would absolutely stop here if I were in the area again. read more

A worker by the name of Gabrielle was extremely rude when taking my order. She had an attitude as soon as I asked for chipotle sauce because she had to go to the back to get more. Then when she added the sauce she barely added any so I asked for more and she poured a lot until it was overfilling. After that I went to order another sandwich and when she just looked at me waiting for me to say what to put on the sandwich, she added barley any chipotle sauce again and wrapped it up before I could finish my order. read more

Right down from the house and I guess I'd rather have the kids begging for a Turkey sandwich than a Double Quarter Pounder. The place is popular and often packed. Terrible experience. I just had knee surgery yesterday so I couldn't actually go to the restaurant so I placed an order on waitr instead. I wanted a meatball sandwich add chicken pieces so I put double meat for the charges and then in the text requested chicken pieces instead of extra meatballs. they call and tell me that they can't do it and that it would be $3 more and can't adjust it at all. Fast forward 30 minutes later and waiter says that my order has been delivered and it hadn't. So I call the driver and they state that they refused to make the sandwich all together and that her manager told her that she could move on since she had other food in the car. Then I try to place another order and I add whatever I can in the app to amount to the missing $3. You can see the attached picture for reference, but in summation it was add pepperoni for $1.50 add bacon for $1.50 which I did to amount to the $3 plus the additional $3 for double meat. I also explicitly stated no bacon no pepperoni sub for chicken pieces. I get my sandwich and immediately smelled bacon and what is their butt pepperoni and bacon. So essentially they could read and not comply with the first order, but not read and not comply with the second order. Terrible. read more

If I could leave a zero I would. The absolute worst subway I've ever been to. Went in around 7:15 on a Thursday and was the only person there. There was one lady behind the counter playing on her phone and two others sitting at tables chatting, took about 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my existence. Anyway I get to ordering and a man walks in with one of the employees toddlers. The lady continued to take my order while everyone else is surrounding the kid speaking loudly about private parts. I assume they are all related by the way they were so open about speaking about these things. THEN THE KID IS RUNNING AROUND ALL BEHIND THE SANDWICH STATION. like behind where the food is made y'all. Touching counters, food, im fr not one to complain but it was one of the most shocking things I've ever seen. Not to mention i called everyday this week to see if they had a student discount as I saw it at different subways, not one day did they pick up the phone. I will never come back here. read more

went there today to get a sub at2:30ish. there was only one person in there working, so i stood patiently in line. while i waited another woman with kids came in behind me. the worker, after cashing out the customer, came and asked the woman what could they do for her. i guess my invisibility cloak was working too well. so i left and went to griffin cafe to get something to eat. i will not return here unless it is free, and neither should you. i only wish i didn't have to give them any stars. read more

This restaurant is truly despicable. I order lunch for my assistant and I from this location at least once a week. I've been feeling ill, so today we decided to go in together since it was easier than ordering online. I wasn't dressed in my usual attire of business professional. We ordered our sandwiches; meal deal that includes chips and a drink. My assistant grabbed the chips she usually grabs for me, but I didn't like the selection so I put them back and grabbed a different bag of chips. We were just about to leave when the workers came out and loudly accused us of stealing an additional two bags of chips. I was taken aback and flabbergasted as well as embarrassed. My assistant tried to explain to the woman I own a reputable company and have never stolen anything in my life. The manager, her name is Jennifer, insisted on making my assistant wait for them to review the footage tapes. She then apologized by offering my assistant cookies. Really?! The workers in this establishment are quick to judge quick to accuse and willing to defame the character of any person who eats there. Racist, ignorant, and inhospitable. read more

I am giving them 2 because of past visits. This visit was not. First of all, I get there and I guess a girl that works there but wasn't working greets me as I come in. She happened to be there getting a sub. I tell the guy behind the counter what I want and he fixed it for me. Everything is pretty ok up to now. I got some coupons in this week, and I asked him could I get the combo and still get my coupon discount. He looked at it and told me that the coupon was expired. I just got expired coupons and he apologized but would not let me use it. So I tell him I still want the combo, so he charges me for the combo and walks off. Never offering me a cup. When I ask him about it he said oh you can grab whatever size you want. I grab a cup and go sit down when I remember that I get chips. When I ask him about it he casually say "yea you can get chips, 2 cookies, or soup". But if I hadn't asked him, he would have let me walk out with just the sub, after charging me 8.00 for the combo. I got the broccoli and cheese soup, which I don't believe can be bad. I was wrong. It was horrible. So much so that I threw it away and left the restaurant. Today's performance was a -5 but because it has always been good before I gave it 2. If you want a good sub only, I would suggest this place, but sub only. And watch your coupons because if they are expired, no matter when you got them, they will not honor them. read more

This subway skimps on everything they make, including salad that you pay $9.00 for. They short you on every meat, and topping they give compared to other Subway's in the area. My kids have asked that we drive 10 min out of the way to go to one that is friendlier and gives them the most for there buck. read more
