Im still trying to figure out how this location is still operating, they either take forever to come to the speaker and when they do come to the speaker they either out of something or only making things on one side of the menu! Like tonight I was told the grill was closed and I would have to wait 30 mins.. the service is horrible and I may just be one person but I will not be returning to any location. It's nice to have something open that I could walk to. The service was fast and extremely courteous. The food was hot and delicious. Another big plus is that they seem to hire mostly humans who are somewhere high on the Autism spectrum. For this reason alone, I will definitely return and recommend to everyone. read more

Well this place already has a 2 star rating. What more can I say. It's almost as though you showed up to someone's house and they are looking for ingredients to cook dinner. It takes forever to get a single item and they seem to take turns playing in the kitchen. I've gone twice. I think twice is enough. No one has 25 min to wait on a breakfast sandwich that's not worth the money. Employees aren't rude but you can tell they would rather be anywhere else. They don't know the menu and it takes forever to get acknowledged. I could have stolen the register and walked out and I doubt they would have noticed. No one tends to the counter and restaurant is below standard for clean You are better off at McDonald's for sure. read more

Let me start this review off by saying whomever own/run this restaurant seriously need to hire more employees. It was a busy Saturday afternoon and their were only 2 staff members. And those 2 employees worked their tails off. The gentleman that was taking orders was so professional and so kind. No matter how busy he was, he thanked every car in line for their wait and being patient. My food was ABSOLUTELY delicious, fresh and made with love and care. Next time I'm in this little town, I will definitely visit again. The dining area was clean and organized. Nothing was out of place. I only saw 1 fry on the floor. Garbage cans wasn't overflowing no smelling or anything. Clean and a joy to sit and eat. read more

It had been a while since I'd had Jack in the Box, so I decided to stop in, and I'm so glad I did! I ordered a cheeseburger and curly fries. Both were delicious. My niece ordered two chicken wraps and curly fries. She devoured them, saying how delicious everything was. The restaurant was clean, the staff was nice, and we had a great experience. Love jack in the box but this location is not the one you want to go to. Unless you like waiting and not getting your food fresh then perhaps this is the location for you. They take forever to take your order and bring the food out. I was hoping since I waited a while that they would have hot fries but to no avail I was given stale cold fries. It is painfully obvious that the employees at this particular establishment view you as a nuisance and not a customer. I walked inside to the counter and despite being seen by two employees no one even acknowledged my existence. The two employees ignored me and continued with their own personal conversation. After waiting for the manager to serve two separate customers at the drive through, she stepped in to my line of site and told me that they were drive through ONLY. Employees are RUDE! I went here one time at 4am to place 4 separate orders for my office. The lobby was locked so I had to use the drive thru. No other cars were in line behind me! LET ME MAKE THIS CLEAR...I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER ON THE PROPERTY AT THE TIME. You'll sit in line for 45 minutes before even being able to order. You can go to the grocery store to buy and cook your own meal faster than service here. Tried both locations in this town and they're both terrible. A matter of time before these places go put of business. read more

Never been to a Jack In the Box? Google it, and look at the menu. I'm still not entirely sure what the concept is here... it's a huge variety of completely random fast food items. Obviously, it was my first time eating at a Jack In The Box. In fact, I had no idea that there was one down here until last week. We were coming back late at night from the camp, and decided we needed food. The fiance wanted Whataburger, so we went to Gonzales. I noticed the Jack In the Box sign, and decided that would be a good adventure. The menu... oh the menu... this ranges from hamburgers, chicken burgers and fries to more unusual things like egg rolls, teriyaki chicken bowl, sandwiches, salads, tacos, etc.. I took the semi-healthy route with a Chicken Pita (chicken, veggies, salsa), and then paired it with an egg roll to ruin the healthiness of it. I had to. I think the egg roll was one of those ones you find at the frozen food section of Winn Dixie. It was edible. The Chicken Pita thing was actually quite good. If I lived nearby, I might actually make a return trip for a quick lunch. My daughter enjoyed the kids' chicken fingers and curly fries. read more

Came in the morning and no one took my order and as I drove by they were just talking to each other not doing anything.

I work overnight and about once a week I get lazy and get my 3am dinner from fast food. After being turned off from the closer Burger King, I started trying Jack In The Box. I'm pleasantly surprised that even at 3am, they always have the full menu available. Food is always fresh and not stale from heat lamps. They even have milk shakes at all hours! The service is not you can expect from late night fast food. They are polite and friendly. I actually go a good bit or of my way to come to this place to get my fix and I will keep going out my way. Fresh food and good service at such a late hour is pretty hard to find! read more

Wow, this is a 24hr food chain and I have been waiting 15min now for 2 egg rolls and a taco. I had to pull around the side of the building with the other 5 cars waiting for their orders.
