If you order their vanilla iced coffee, just know that 80% of the time, they don't add the caramel or even the creamer. I place all my orders online and 8/10 of the coffees I've had this month have been caramel-free and creamer-free. I even go the extra step of customizing it in the app and adding two pumps of caramel. Still no caramel. One time I didn't even get ice. And before I get told that they were busy, no. There was one person in the drive through and no other orders on the screen. Bacon, egg and cheese biscuits are unbeatable though. read more

The most understaffed and dirty McDonald's I've ever seen. The person running the register told me $4.25 for my two hamburgers, and tea, The register said $3.25 and when I questioned him he told me he wasn't charging me on the ticket for the drink. And so after that another person working the front line literally took fries out of someone's box that was going out the window and ate them. The lobby was trash, and they have out of order signs on the restrooms even though they're clearly in use and disgusting. McDonald's never very good but this is the worst one I've ever been in, And I have been all across the country. read more

Some things you just have to keep trying to remind yourself why you don't! LOL. We are not a fast food family, let alone not McDonald's. But today I needed something to hold my five-year-old over through Girl Scouts until we got home. I went to McDonald's with the intention on getting the grilled chicken wraps, apple slices, apple juice, and a couple of go-gurts. Of course it was pouring down rain outside and so I was hesitant to roll my window down knowing that they wait to place your order can sometimes be lengthy. I continued cracking my window to check and see if they were asking for my order or not... Turns out their notification system was off and I actually had to drive up to the first window to place my order. By then I have been talked into getting the kids chicken nugget happy meal with apple slices and apple juice, as well as a milkshake. I placed my order, by pieces. The attendant kept trying to give me my total before I was done, but I was positive it was done correctly by the time I pulled up to the window to receive my items. I was wrong. I got a kids hamburger with french fries and a sprite. I don't know who it was for because there was nobody in front of me in line. It took quite a while to finally get all of my order correct. Eventually I did get everything I paid for plus an extra go-gurt so there you go. I did have to ask several times for straws and napkins and honey to dip it in. It's disappointing because with the McDonald's on every corner it should be a very easy and pleasant experience but unfortunately that has not been the case. read more

While, overall, that's been successful the one thing they have stubbornly clung to is Sunday morning breakfast!! So I indulge them...this location is connected to a Mobile gas station and I've never set foot inside it...drive thru all the way.
