The food…read morecame out hot and fresh, the restaurant was clean, and everyone I interacted with was welcoming and professional. You can tell the team works hard, even when they're busy. I especially want to recognize Abby. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure customers had a great experience. It's not often you come across someone who brings such a positive attitude to their job, but Abby absolutely does. She treated everyone with respect, had a smile the whole time, and made the visit feel much more personal than your typical fast-food stop. Employees like Abby are the reason people come back. Thank you to her and the rest of the crew for the excellent service. I'll definitely be stopping here again whenever I'm back in Gloversville.

But the last insult was to have the patrons next to me delivered meal ending sorbets, while I was not so blessed. Apparently they were more important regular customers than I, although I have been their customer for more than ten years. But not likely furthermore. I am extremely disappointed.
