I'm extremely disappointed with my recent order from this Subway in Jarrell, TX. I ordered a dozen cookies (chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin) through DoorDash, and the quality was unacceptable. The chocolate chip cookies tasted off--almost like they had been cross-contaminated with another flavor, possibly cranberry. They were also flat, underwhelming, and did not appear to be properly prepared. Even more concerning, while eating one of the oatmeal raisin cookies, I bit into something hard and gritty--almost like a small foreign object. I immediately had to spit it out. I cannot say exactly what it was, but it was enough to make me stop eating altogether. This experience raises serious concerns about quality control and food safety. Based on this, I would not feel comfortable ordering anything else from this location. I will not be returning, and I hope management takes a closer look at their food preparation standards. read more

This was the very last time we ever eat at a Subway. The staff are untrained and unequipped to work in the public sector. The assistant manager is rude and disrespectful. The manager was very polite and responsive. However she was unable to rectify the issue. The district manager was not only rude and disrespectful but was also dismissive. I called to make a complaint and he in a nutshell blamed me for the interaction and went further to say the employee I was making a complaint about was indeed a "good employee!" I don't need anything else from Subway. I'll be boycotting for the rest of my life. I have been in charge of meal planning for several events and meetings and I will never ever use Subway for those events again. Everyone I know will hear my story and I will be contacting corporate representatives to make a formal complaint about the entire regional network. All you gave to do is read the reviews here and on Google to know that whomever is at the wheel has no idea how to drive. Worst customer service I've ever had at a fast food chain. Stay away from this store. And tell everyone you know how bad it is. Don't take the subway. Jersey Mikes is way better and their employees know how to interact with and respect customers. Man when I say disappointed I mean wow how can a sandwich be so bad. I ordered online and picked up. First the churros are absolutely awful I mean you think it's a sweet treat and it was not. I'm so so soooo sad. My boyfriend already hates Subway because the food upsets his stomach however I've always loved Subway until today. I went to this location to get a sandwich. When I walked in there was a lady before me. While she was placing her order with the gentleman behind the counter the lady sweeping the lobby spoke up and told the man what the customer wanted. The man already had the order but the lady sweeping was saying that she is a regular. The other female behind the counter asked the lady who was sweeping to come take the order. Now here is what I absolutely hate. I've worked as a cashier for 7 years and there is absolutely NO excuse for what was said...the lady sweeping the lobby pointed out in front of me AND the other customer that she had sliced her finger and she would come take the order if the other female would sweep and do everything else. I could tell there was tension there but I truly DO NOT care! If you have sliced your finger at work then you should clean, cover, and maintain it right on the spot...I feel like not only is that common sense but also it should be common sense to NOT TALK ABOUT IT IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS! This shit stills goes on though because after I got my sandwich I went next door to the gas station and the same female walks into the gas station and starts going on again about her finger...as if she isn't wearing the Subway shirt and as if she doesn't give a shit to watch what she says! Subway I'm sorry but I'm completely just done with the company! If you can't train your employees correctly then maybe you should just become obsolete. read more

The worst service I have ever had at Subway in many many years of eating at Subway! Ordered on the app 30 minutes before arriving and the app showed ready but they had not even started the food yet. When we asked we were rudely talked to and we're told we would just have to wait. Then 2 others that were on break were extrem rude when they came back in. not sure why 2 of 3 were on break at the same time but the real issue was just plain horrible customer service. While waiting in line the two employees working 6/7/21 at around 12:30-1:00 they were being very rude to two Hispanic Womens. They both made the comments below" of course they would order 5 sandwiches" "I should have called in today". When it came to my turn they were short and rude as well. The next customer was a white man and their attitude change 360! They said hi sweetie what can I get for you then when the customer asked for Italian herb bread they pointed at the two Hispanic women and said they had taken the last one as of their job isn't to make bread. We made a pit stop from Dallas to San Antonio and were unexpectedly greeted by the sweetest two ladies, one of them being Ms. Gina. Not only were they pleasant and welcomed us with genuine southern hospitality, they made sure to get all the details right with our order. Once they had no one in line they even offered to hold our baby so we could eat! I eat at Subway regularly in various locations and would have never expected a positive "dining experience", I eat there for the decent food on the go. Amazing customer service! My fiancé and I purchased our first home in Jarrell Tx back in January 2020 so this Subway is right behind our neighborhood. The young gentleman that works there is truly kind and welcoming! We love going there not only because Subway is delicious but we love the way this gentleman loves his job! He's always been very polite no matter what time of the day it is. All Subways serve the exact same food but you definitely want to stop at this one you will leave with a smile in your face. read more

This location sadly does not follow the normal standards as other subways. The staff kept touching raw meats then touching veggies. Told the staff and they said the food was clean. Definitely below average, but works if you absolutely need food. Asked for a 6" carved turkey on Italian. She added bacon (I guess since that's the current promotional sandwich) and I asked her to remove it. So she picked it off the sandwich and dropped it BACK into the container. Maybe I'm over thinking it, but I sure wouldn't want that bacon on my next sandwich. I finally got my sandwich with the toppings and mayo barely ON the bread rather all on the outside. After driving for awhile looking for a place to eat we settled on Subway. We walked in and were greater immediately after entering! Our orders were taken promptly and that made us happy. The facility itself was not in the best condition. Maybe because it's attached to a gas station..I don't know but it was dusty you can see the marks on the tables from when they had cleaned. Windows weren't cleaned. Floors were dirty. After some small talk with my husband we began to eat. The sandwich was ok, the bread was old. I could tell because it was dry and hard!
