Love how easy it is to order my favorite sub on the app and pick up on my way home. Bread is always fresh and exactly what I'm expecting

I remember when Subway first came to East Tennessee and I loved their Crabmeat Sub.. they got rid of that one and I tried a couple others but wasn't able to get the spark back after they took my original away. Now I hate Subway. After going to a few different buildings it was the exact same attitudes and the same disappointing food over and over again. Employees are just straight up depressing and if you dont get a small lip lift I'd swear they were all corpses walking around and making our food. The bread never changes in good or bad and ive had all the newish grain wheat white yadda,yadda,yadda they make. No flavor. Same toppings, no changes. There's sooooooo many sub shops out there it's become redundant if you ask anyone what they want for breakfast,lunch, or dinner. A sub,chips and a drink..duh! You all gotta do something new because as of right now my entire family refuse to step a toe into one of your sub shops because it's just so bad on the service and quality of the food for the price. There never open and there always out of condiments. Employee don't want to work or they act like we are bothering them if we go in to buy a sub I'll cross the interstate any day to get to the subway inside the truck stop. read more

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Brenda has a horrible personality and shouldn't be left to train anyone if they want to keep staff. There's a sign that states they are hiring new smiling and friendly faces which is far from the truth seeing Brenda sucked the happiness out of a rook the moment you walk in. I came to get a couple sandwiches. Brenda seemed like she hates her job and wanted to be anywhere else but there. The order was very simple. Got all three subs toasted and by the time I got back to the vehicle after she yelled at the girl who was helping her which you could tell she was new and very patient and polite they was ice cold. Had to take them back into to be toasted since they are still cold and by the time we walked through the door she made a rude comment stating "they're about to come in here and complain" very unprofessional and won't be back. read more

I don't normally stop in on my lunch hour but my husband asked specifically for a subway grilled chicken sandwich. After waiting in a 15ish minute line I ordered a turkey and provolone wrap with 6 other ingredients plus mustard mayo oil and vinegar. I paid $17 (plus change.) When I got home and opened up my wrap, I WAS SO DISAPOINTED. The wrap was the size of one of the burritos on Taco Bell's dollar menu. Why did I spend $8 on this sandwich?? This never happens in the afternoon/ evening time. I believe the day shift ladies are OVER managing food cost. I will never stop in during the day again at the Jefferson City TN location again. I could have made a better wrap at home in less time and actually been full :( read more

So....I've gone to this subway many times. Typically the service is pleasant; however, on this day, the way in which I was spoken to let me know to never return. 1st, as I was ordering, I noticed flies around the food and I mentioned it to the person making my sandwich. She apologized and continued making my order. I began looking for a store rating; however, it wasn't posted. Stupidly, I made the purchase and walked out. While outside, I continued thinking about the flies that I saw and decided that I just couldn't do it so I returned. I told the cashier that I was so sorry for doing this but that on 2nd thought I just couldn't do it and wanted to see if I could get a refund. The lady said she understood and went back to get who I thought was a manager to make the refund. This is where it all went downhill. As the manager was getting my refund, she began rudely questioning me. "Why'd you complete the order then? Why'd you have her make your sandwich? You should have said something" I responded that I did say something. Then she repeated her questions to which I responded "Just give me my refund." As she handed me my money, she rudely said "And you can now throw that away." Excuse me?! So that nothing worse occurred, I walked out as she called out "I hope you feel better about yourself." Again, excuse me?! At no point did I engage with her banter or act rudely to her; however, this is how this subway employee in Jefferson City, TN treats customers. With that said, most of the employees are respectful so my advice...go at your own risk as you may end up being served by this unpleasant individual. read more

Love this store! The ladies that work during the day (most days) are my absolute favorite! So personable and can make a long line move very quickly during the lunch hours. My food always tastes great and the atmosphere is always friendly! Also, it is always very neat and clean throughout the store! read more
