Because you wouldn't order this pizza at Patriot Wood Fired Pizza in Jefferson City, TN...but I did....and I ate half of it...because its a LOT of pickles...seriously. My only complaint was that I knew not to ask for the "kids cut" in order to have the pizza cut into sixths. Indeed, when it arrived it was cut it into quarters. A 10" pizza in quarters! That's nearly 20 square inches of pizza per slice! It was hard...I had to eat it with a fork and knife, I admit it...it was too much more me. I ate half. I'm home now, looking in the mirror and wondering whether I really am the man who stares back at me. A pickle pizza is a grim, unfeeling mirror that shows the true nature of a man's soul, the very measure of his character.
