How do you not have any bread to make sandwiches when your a sub sandwich shop? It's always something with this location. They should honestly just close and the staff was rude about being out of bread! Just wow after this experience. Every time we come here it takes 5 years to try to get a sandwich. It's not the workers' faults, they are just trying to get everyone's orders completed. Today we went on a Saturday at 12:30pm (prime lunch time). There was one girl working and bless her heart she had a huge online order to finish before she could get to the lady in front of us. I'm not sure how long the lady in front of us was there but she ended up walking out. After waiting another 5 minutes, we walked out too. I know it's hard to get people to work these days but goodness, they have got to have more than one person working during prime meal hours!! read more

Who doesn't like subway, I usually stop on my way to work and of course their is a favorite sandwich maker still at a loss for her name, but she has 4 kids and beautiful eyes she is also a herd working young lady I can be over bearing and she takes it with a smile. She is very polite and learns what type of sandwich you like and the way you like it. There is another young lady in there who barley speaks but the food is still great and the area is clean. read more

Let me start with the good. The two young people behind the counter were very nice and apologetic for the bad of my visit. They were both new and neither one had been properly trained on how things should run. Completely lost, and I blame poor management for this whole situation. I placed my order using my subway app. I arrived at the time my app said to pick up my order. People were lined up to the door. I approached the counter and was asked if I was the online order. I responded yes and was told that they have been busy so they haven't started my order. He explained he wasn't sure what to do but had been told by management to take the orders as they come so I would need to get in line to place my order. That was fine. I understand they were busy, but don't offer the app as an option if you aren't going to 1. Staff enough people to handle these orders 2. Train your staff on how to work these orders into the in person orders. I had already paid or I might have left to get food elsewhere. So I stood in line and placed my order. Which only made me regret my food choice for the day even more. The veggies looked awful. Lettuce was brown and wilted. Tomatoes were no where near ripe. Tomatoes and peppers were frozen to the side of their container. All of these things are a reflection of poor management and someone who obviously doesn't care. Truly felt sorry for the two young people there. Unfortunately they will be the ones to bear the brunt of someone else's lack of care for their business! I actually want to give this restaurant a four-and-a-half star for their friendliness in accommodating my vegetarian needs. I originally asked them to please change their gloves after waiting on the previous customer because my first sandwich was for a vegan person. They went so far as not only to change the gloves, but also the utensils that were used in making the sandwich right down to The Cutting of the sandwich so as not to contaminate with meat products. I went to this subway today for a quick semi-healthy dinner while on the road. It was 9:40pm and the sign on the door says they close at 10. Perfect timing! NOT. I was greeted at the door by an annoyed employee and was told they were closed. As a business owner myself, I was bothered by the obvious lack of any care by the staff. I really hope the franchise owner knows what is going on and makes an attempt to run a business properly. I will never go back to this Subway. read more

Not sure if this will make any difference or not. But I went to the Kingston, TN location around 7:50 tonight. As soon as I walked in there was very loud music playing and the man behind the counter shouted at me that he had already closed the register. I said that the store didn't close for another 10 minutes and he again shouted over the music that the register was closed. However, the door was unlocked for me to come in and the open sign was still lit up. I'm very disappointed in the management team that allows this to go on. If your hours state you are open until a certain time, I believe that means you serve up until that time. I have worked in the food service when I was younger and expect other companies to serve with as high standards as the company I worked for. There is no excuse for anything less. Like I said, not sure if this is going to make a difference. But have pride in your company and hire people who will represent your brand effectively. read more
