As a former manager to a McDonald's in Florida, I was expected to maintain a clean and safe environment for my customers well needless to say soda was all on the floor! My order was pushed out to another customer ! ( I was waiting for 10 minutes) the manager then compete my order (lol) so her inventory would reflect her shipments! I waited another 7 minutes for my order ! The manager never said a word of apology to me or another customer who also had an order pushed out to another customer! I said to the manager well since you messed up where is my credit for this order what about a free dessert! She never responded just looked at me and walked away! This store is poorly managed and maintained! As a former manager in a number of McDonald's I was hired to straight up restaurant that were poorly managed! The service and food table delivery were extremely quick and friendly. The order was correct. The French fries were the best I have ever had at a McDonald's. They were fried to perfection and hot. It's a McDonald's so not much to say about ambience. read more

Thank you to this Mcdonlads for incentivizing me to stop eating "fast" food. I frequent this location and as if what the food does to my health isn't bad enough, my mental health declines more and more after every visit. We ordered food to eat in the restaurant and they gave us our food in to go bags. They have no napkins, condiments, NOTHING out for you to help yourself and then employees act like it is a trouble to he what you need that they did not put in the bag.... Like napkins. I ordered oatmeal and they gave me a knife and fork... REALLY??? Thank goodness we decided to eat in the restaurant because it would have been aggravating to be on the road and not have what you need. This was on 10/14/24. This is a very busy store. As a fast food outlet, it's amongst the slower ones, probably due to the level of trade. However, Maccas hallmarks are quality and speed and if you can't keep up the speed, employ more and better quality staff. To the quality. The fries were rubbery and not so warm. Generally the burger was good. I must add that I usually go to Burger King these days because they sell a plant based Impossible Burger and it's about time McDonald's followed suit. A final note. The restaurant was clean despite the number of customers and it is always a surprise to enter a very busy location and find the toilets are clean. Full marks there. read more

If you have so many people working that no one can really move, you see defeating the purpose. Also don't bother wearing a mask if you are going to wear it on your chin or under improperly don't bother! my husband just went through the drive through at this mcdonald's location to pick up our mobile order, came home, we were almost finished eating when i pulled about three fries out of the container when this nasty bug fell right out of them!!! we immediately called the store and the guy on the phone did not believe me and said "you're lying" "what kind of bug is it" and "there are no bugs in my store". my husband then got on the phone with him since he was being rude to me and the guy told him that he will not offer us a refund and kept talking about the construction?? this is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting!! read more

Literally just got a McChicken add pickle from McDonald's in Harriman, took one bite and BOTH the McChickens I got were plain, I went back through and Bradley took my food back through the window and gave me THIS. Harriman McDonald's night crew (mainly Bradley) is the WROST crew I have ever had to deal with, constantly messing up orders and a constant attitude. Went through drive through 10 minute wait for only 3 cars. Got food hit interstate heading west did not check food. Got almost game 15 miles away discovered half order not here called restaurant only way to fix not eat the food they already gave us. Turn around drive 30 miles out of way. With hungry kids. Oh man I dont ever wanna go back to the McDonalds in Harriman ever again just so I dont have to see the lady I spoke with that was a manager there about my order being wrong and after I waited 30 more minutes for them to add a peace of cheese to my two fish filet sandwiches I get back 2 very cold sandwiches and then the manager went on to say I didn't pay for my happy meal so I said ok I gave her my card and she gave it back and my receipt and she took my receipt and said it didn't go through so I went to hand her my debit card she said and I quote "Ugh..Just take it bye and walked away" and I was being nice even after having my order messed up and waiting 30 extra minutes for cold sandwiches well I check my banking app and I did pay for the happy meal I almost walked back inside and let her see on my phone that I paid for it and she was being so rude over nothing but i had my three year old with me and at that point just wanted to get out of there so if i was the owner i would do some watching of my employees and see how they treat there customers there is no telling how many others went through worse then i did and that's what's keeping them from eating there! The breakfast was served hot. Delivered very fast and I was very satisfied. Great place to eat breakfast early Sunday morning's.

This place is good for if you want to eat something on the go but don't be in too big of a rush because on a normal day they are jam-packed going through the drive-through. Going inside they are normally pretty good and I'll say in my opinion it's faster going inside and all of the staff working there are very friendly and understands everything.
