I ordered online. When I went in to pick it up the girl told me they didn't receive it. My card was charged though. I went online and ordered again. I watched him make my sandwich while I was waiting in line. When I was asked if I ordered online, I said yes. I ordered the outlaw foot long, the meat was very skimpy, and vegetables were arranged across in a single file...not one touched the other across the entire sub. My Fiancé went in to pick up his order and the gal told him that his bag was on counter to grab it so he did. When he got home it was wrong order so he called and told them and gal said call back today and they will fix. Well, he called back and woman was extremely rude to him and told him he had to call door dash to fix his order (He DIDN'T USE DOORDASH so why does he have to call them?!!). THEN hung up on him when he Tried explaining. She said the OWNER was the one that wouldn't do it, WAY TO LOSE CUSTOMERS!!! I will be telling everyone how unprofessional they are and NOT to go there! First off, customer service was nil to none. Not listening and telling me I could not have double meat on a wrap. THAT'S bull because other subway have done it. The gal that was putting the vegetables in my wrap when I asked her for honey mustard and ranch,, the honey mustard barely had a squirt and she wouldn't get a new bottle. JUST PLAIN RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. Secondly the bathrooms are outside and you need a key. It makes for a very dangerous situation. Especially for women and kids. We will not be going there again. The heaters in the bathroom were very loud. If you are going to work in a fast food place you need to be cheerful and respectful. Not talk your personal life in front of customers. And as an OWNER you need to make sure your employees are trained on customer service. If they can't do it then they need to move on. Good customer service will bring back satisfied customers. I went in and waited patiently in line, One of the workers( I couldn't see her name tag) Was extremely rude to a customer In front of me because the Customer had wanted ham on their sandwich the worker said "you never asked for Ham"to the older lady. The worker then rolled her eyes and stated she needed a break before she loses her damn mind. I was surprised at the low ratings for this place so I thought I'd give them a bump. I've been coming to Klamath Falls for work for the past seven years. I'll usually stop by this location since it's close to the hotel and there's not a ton of other healthy options that I've found in the area. Every time I've come in here the staff has been cordial and very nice. I've been there when it's busy and I've been there when it's slow. Always had good service. I'll be back in late January and I can guarantee I'll stop in for lunch at least once while I'm there. read more

Would not recommend the place to anyone whatsoever! Made an order to go and when I went in right before closing, I said my name and the lady said that's your order on the door dash rack and I'll add the only order on that rack! So, I grabbed the bag and headed home. To my surprise it was not my order, but someone else's so I immediately called them to inform them that the ordered that was supposedly mine indeed was not. She informed me that the correct order was now ready, and I could come pick it up. I was like after driving 20 mins the first time I asked her if it would be okay if I just got it the following day and she said that would be fine. Today I called and Karen (no idea whom I was speaking with, but a definite Karen!) informed me it was door dashes problem and called the owner and she also said the exact same thing... Oh and Karen hung up on me when I asked her how it was door dashes problem when the employee said that was my order? I guess I need to lose a lot of brain cells to make this all make sense! All I can say is I will never patronize this place ever again and it that is how you run your business; well, I wish you the best! They will never get another cent from me, and I recommend to anyone else to stay away from this location and if that lady owns any of the other restaurants those too. As I doordash I always can count on this subway to get the orders right every time and they are really fast and also cater to specific customer wants. Doordashing these days are kinda a pain with the sealed bags so you can't tell what's in them and it's nice to know I can count on them to get the order done right read more

Worst subway i been to. I placed an order online and when i went to pick it up it was wrong. I had an employee tell me i could keep the one they messed up but then a female employee came over yelling at me for it back and screamed "no we need it back i need it back that's my manager over there and i need it back !" and then the manager yelled at me too "we need it back everything needs to be accounted for !" and i calmly said to them that i was told i can keep it and she then yelled "well i need it back!" when they went to remake it they didn't even know how to make a sandwich on their menu. definitely never going back. go to better sandwich shops in the area. read more

This place has hands-down the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. The employees were rude. They didn't know how to make sandwiches. The manager argued with me about my sandwich told me I couldn't have my sandwich that way. And is overall a horrible experience. I order my sandwitch exact same way every single subway I have ever been to. Even when I was over seas. I would never recommend this place to anyone if I could put a lower star I would. read more

The service itself was ok. The girl that made my sandwich was friendly but when I tried to sit down to eat I felt rushed because there was a kid cleaning right around me. It wouldn't have been so bad but there's limited seating & he was already putting chairs up on the tables right where I was sitting. I finally just took my sandwich & went out to my car to eat. As I am still sitting here outside the restaurant they have already put up the rest of the chairs. I could understand doing this if they were close to closing but I got my sandwich between 8:00 & 8:30 & they don't close until 10:00 pm. I think that is very rude & I will try a different Subway next time. read more
