I get emailed a $10. coupon which I tried to use tonight only to waste ten minutes in their drive through to be told "Our scanner don't work like dat we need a little piece of paper" I will never eat at or ever again attempt to eat at another Rally's location ever again. However, my experience was the complete opposite. When I arrived, I spoke briefly with one of the owners and barely received a greeting in return. From that point on, there was no communication, no acknowledgment, and no guidance. I ended up walking through the facility on my own, and no one else made any effort to speak or engage with me. This did not feel like a business that is interested in welcoming or gaining members. What makes this more upsetting is that I had already secured a membership weeks ago, fully supporting the gym before opening. Being treated with such a lack of warmth and communication during an event meant to build excitement and community has caused me to seriously rethink my decision to join.

I then called to speak to the manager and she might as well have called me a liar by saying that no one else complained about their food. I'm 63 years old and I don't have to lie about chicken. In today's work, $36.16 is a lot. The manager didn't offer any kind of service at all. I wish I could upload the pictures.
