You drive up and an automated voice asks for your order - The thing we were ordering has different choices so that wouldn't work for us. I said speak to someone and it just stopped talking. It came back on and I went through the whole procedure again. Eventually, a live person came on to take our order, but that was after about 10 minutes and we were the only ones in the drive through. The staff wasn't very friendly and was chastising me for not pulling up fast enough to the window, but they had their arm hanging out and I didn't want to take it off with my mirror. Once we got our food, the fries and chicken bites tasted horrible. The oil aftertaste was disgusting - I don't know how often they change that oil but it was really bad. We ended up throwing out the rest. The burger was the only redeeming factor. It was prepared correctly and tasted decent. Unfortunately, we won't be back to this location. They apparently get consistently bad reviews, I don't know why corporate or if franchised, the owner hasn't tried to correct the issues.
