I was only up in the area here as I had to take my kid to an emergency doctor's appointment at an office we had never been to. I missed my breakfast and it was lunch time and we just wanted something quick that we could eat in the car. Taco Bell beat out the other choices when everything was considered. We stopped at this location during lunch time and there was a line but it wasn't too bad compared to a couple of the other fast food places nearby. We pulled up and placed our order easily and proceeded towards the window. They were friendly and we received our order in a reasonable amount of time. We found a spot out of the way and stopped to have our food. I ordered the hard shell tacos as they tend to be filled better than the soft shells. The first one I opened was not as well filled as I'm used to and had what looked like sour cream smudged along part of the shell on the outside. I haven't had this kind of an issue with a Taco Bell in a very long time. They tend to be much better about avoiding cross-contamination in my purview. I was able to wipe it down and still enjoy the taco. All three tacos were filled about the same and none of them completely fell apart. The meat was very watery which has been more of a problem lately. The flavor was still good and I had my Diablo sauce to bring the heat up a bit. Overall the food tasted as you expect from Taco Bell and we were satisfied with our meal regardless of the rising prices. If I was in the area again I would probably give them another chance. read more

Wife and I had taco bell here about 3 months ago... to this day she is a vegetarian because of how awful our experience here was... let me explain. Went inside because the drive threw has 6 people waiting in line. Ordered through their kiosk since I only seen 2 people working and they were not acknowledging the front counter. Then after I ordered and waited 15 minutes was asked if I wanted to place an order. Advised I already had, and then was told they had to clear the drive through before the lobby. This is bad practice to only have 2 employees at lunch time. Then try to train your clients to go through the drive threw because you do not want to help them in the lobby. Abysmal service. I've been treated incredibly rudely at this Taco Bell. My order is identical every single time I go. Seven layer burrito, extra sour cream, no guacamole, add creamy jalapeño sauce. More than once, the burrito has come out with some sauce that tasted mildly of barbecue or some sort of "Southwest-style" flavor. I once ordered 3 of the same burrito. The first one was excellent. The second 2 had that horrendous sauce on them. I told whoever was at the counter about it and asked if they could remake it with the proper sauce. She literally chuckled at me and yelled to the back, "He think it taste like barbecue! We ain't got no barbecue sauce here." They had the audacity to stand their and snicker amongst themselves about a customer whose order was incompetently made and then said, "We can make it again, but it's gon' come out the same." I asked for a refund instead and she went to get the manager, a young woman in her 20's with a stone face who proceeded to pull the money from the register and give it back to me, but in complete silence. No questions about the service or the rude employees, no apology for the garbage food, nothing. Also, how long does it take to make a burrito? The wait for food is always over 10 minutes. TLDR: The food always, ALWAYS comes out wrong. The employees are rude. The wait time is always more than 10 minutes. Management needs to be fired for incompetence. read more

I would love to talk to the hiring/training manager because these are not your typical lazy teens that you would expect at the Bell. The staff is always happy, eager to serve, and seems genuinely interested that I have great service. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! Absolutely the WORST service I've seen from any restaurant CONSISTENTLY!! I love Taco Bell and (used to,now) go around 2x a week. This particular one is within walking distance of my house so it's a convenient location, but the service here is a NIGHTMARE! No matter what time I go, (breakfast, lunch, or late night) my order either takes forever to come out, has an item missing, or the items themselves are completely wrong. This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME! I kid you not!!! Just today I went in around 2pm for a mobile order and had to remind them I had a drink. A group of maybe 6-7 people comes in and basically the whole restaurant tells them to leave because the service is awful and NONE of them have received their food. Then I open up my potato griller that was supposed to have creamy jalapeño sauce, light sour cream, and extra cheese, and there was no cheese. I went back up to the counter to have them remake it, the girl, JESSICA, asked me a question about my burrito, and I said "Yes!", and made sure I could be heard clearly over the noise of a restaurant full of dissatisfied customers. She proceeds to tell me to "calm down" and there was "no need to be rude" with her OWN snarky attitude. Just a note, here: if you work in food or customer service, it is UNACCEPTABLE in ALL circumstances to be rude to a customer, even if they're being "rude" to you. She goes off on this tirade about how everyone is yelling at her, and my first thought is that "yeah, maybe that's because you're terrible at your job!" I tell them "f*ck it" and to stop making my food because I didn't even want it anymore!! I spoke to the manager (who said he was a temp, I think his name was Michael) and he apologized for the terrible service. I asked for a refund on my entire order because that whole situation was absolutely disgraceful. I won't be returning to this location ever again.
