They give us time to order and when we do, they bring it to our table in at least 15 minutes. Which is pretty fast! My personal favorite foods at Jebs are the Grilled Cheese, and the Patty Melt! Our family thinks that all the food here is amazing no matter what they order. Then we have to order the Desserts and their ice cream is the best Ive ever had. The Atmosphere has a very Adirondack feel to it which adds even more incredibleness to Jebs!!

The layout is well organized with plenty of seating yet one doesn't feel like they're sitting on top of one another. The restaurant featured tables with benches and chairs. The color scheme is well done: white, Black, charcoal and yellow. It offers a clean and cheerful vibe. I really like the self serve ordering stations and the table service offered at this location. Our orders were perfect, the restrooms were clean and the parking lot was easy to navigate. I would return here again.

Luckily, I was able to find the secret entrance to the service area without having to get on thruway. While, I was so happy and lucky to find the secret passage was not so happy with my meal and the service received at this location. Unfortunately, I am not a fan of any of the locations on the thruway as they tend to be sub par. Location was not busy but staff took quite awhile to take and fulfill orders. Like all non freestanding locations they do not use the chick fil an app to take orders, earn points, and pay through app. Additionally, they do not offer chicken strips. Food tasted like it had refrigerator burn and had been reheated and did not taste fresh. Service was slow and had to wait a considerable amount of time for service. While it is a great fast food, food choice on thruway it is really not worth it given cost and quality of food.

They couldn't make up their mind on their ice cream flavors, and she kept giving them samples until they decided. Rugrat #1 had chocolate peppermint, which contained peppermint patties, and #2 wanted Fireworks, which was vanilla with a cherry stripe and pop rocks. She loved it! Dad and I had to use the facilities, and the girls started to play with some light up balls. I told them to put them back and the lady said "oh, they can play with them while they're here." Cones are 1.98, and quite delicious. They seemed to have a good assortment of provisions and the gas was priced lower than the local competition, so all in all it was a good stop - and our last stop on the way to camp.
