Had an opened faced turkey w gravy. Tuna Melt w lettuce and tomato w a side of onion rings. 2 drinks and 2 desserts. Carrrit cake was so good. My friend liked his pie.

Prime rib & bbq beef with fries.

Tricia's was a dinner saver tonight. After a disappointing experience elsewhere we decided on a diner for dinner. Service by the owner was impeccable. The $21.99 prime rib dinner was delicious as was the bbq & fries. Very friendly atmosphere was what we needed.

Don't say this lightly when i say the garbage omelette was arguably one of the best I've had. The simple pancake was thick n fluffy as good as they come the service was prompt and quick. Just remember cash only.

Great little place for breakfast when you're vacationing at the Islands. Small, clean unisex bathroom inside. Recently added an outside dining area due to COVID. CASH ONLY, but if you are reading this toooo late they do have an ATM onsite.

Excellent fast and friendly service! Food was very good and everything was very clean. Cute decor and lots of windows. We would definitely stop here again!

I basically just paid $20 for soggy fries. The rest of our food went into the garbage. I cannot believe how old and bad our food was.. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Now I'm hungry and have no food.

Updating my review for Summer 2026:…read more We are camping at Kring Point with our adult children and, as is tradition, we get breakfast at the diner at least twice on our 2 week trip (always on rainy days). Today we visited Wolfe's, second time this trip, and were disappointed by the quality of the home fries...again. Both times we visited the home fries were burnt and literally dripping with grease. They looked like refried leftovers; chewy and flavorless with a big pile of burnt fry crumbs underneath - just yuck! The service at Wolfe's has always been friendly and the food is served quickly and in generous portions. And you certainly cannot beat the cabin-feel atmosphere! However, the menu lists breakfast entrees come with a side of toast. I ordered the eggs benedict and asked for wheat toast on side. On our bill I was charged $1.99 for the toast as "a side." When I pointed out to the waitress that breakfast entrees come with toast, according to the menu, she argued that since there is an English muffin in the entree, so it's not included. Call me petty, but either the menu is incorrect or one of us is not reading carefully. The $1.99 charge stayed (I didn't even bring up the terrible home fries!). Not sure when or why the change at Wolfe's. We used to really love this place, and have been coming for years. But after 2 bad experiences in 2 weeks, we will explore the many other diner options in the Alex Bay area.

Our party of eight made reservations, but when we arrived the restaurant was nearly empty. Looking…read moreback, that probably should have been our first clue. Things went downhill from there. The appetizer we originally ordered wasn't available, so we ordered the crab dip. Unfortunately, it contained very little crab, had a thick, paste-like texture, and was so unappetizing that we barely touched it. The entrees were even more disappointing. Two chicken dishes were literally inedible due to their taste, appearance, and poor preparation. The pork chops were edible but very dry, and they weren't served with the side dish described on the menu. The steak was also overcooked, dry, lacking flavor, and also came with the wrong side dish. What made the experience even more disappointing was the complete lack of attention from management. With multiple meals left untouched or barely eaten, you would expect a manager to stop by the table, ask about the experience, or make an effort to address the obvious problems. That never happened. The one bright spot of the evening was our server, who was absolutely outstanding. She was attentive, friendly, professional, and did everything she could to make the best of a very disappointing dining experience. She deserves recognition because the poor food and lack of management were not a reflection of her excellent service. In an effort of some compensation we were given a couple plates of chocolate covered cherries and cream that were the best part of the entire meal. Too little too late. I Do Not Recommend This Restaurant

We ordered the following: 1,000 Island Omelet (ham, onion, bell pepper, cheddar cheese, and tomatoes). The omelet was accompanied by perfectly seasoned potatoes, strawberries, and rye roast. The other order was the Harbor Breakfast (2 sunny side up eggs, turkey sausage, potatoes, English muffins, and strawberry). Both of these selections were flavorful, filling, and cooked to perfection. I cannot recommend the Seaway Grille enough and am so glad that it's conveniently located within the 1,000 Islands Harbor Hotel.

The "fresh baked" Mac and cheese suggested by the owner had no flavor. Not even cheese. Just mushy elbow macaroni. But worse, I asked if the battered haddock sandwich was fresh or frozen and the owner - who was sitting in a booth working on a laptop, lied and emphatically said it was. No, it sure wasn't. You know flat haddock strips that are breaded and frozen and sold in bulk? And the restaurant then just heats it up in hot oil? Kinda like a Tops fish fry? That's what it was. Slapped on a slightly toasted hoagie roll with a plastic cup of tartar sauce, no lettuce or tomato. Plus my $3 Diet Coke arrived in a little juice glass, lol. Lots of empty tables but still a 15 min wait, and they didn't seem to have enough staff to keep up with bussing dirty tables. All in all a poor lunch experience for two with bill over $50. Something is really wrong when a restaurant can't keep enough staff to run properly. I miss Koffee Kove.

First off, their website is odd. Not much information, quite confusing, sometimes it won't even load (on mobile device), so if you're trying to make a reservation, call them directly. Location, beautiful, along the river, great outdoor seating. I'm sure dinner and sunset is stunning. Good, it was okay. We ordered kids breakfast, huevos rancheros skillet thing, chicken and waffles, biscuit and gravy, and the whisky flight. The huevos ranchero was good, nothing to rave over but good. The chicken and waffles didn't come with syrup at first, I'm sure it was a mistake. The biscuit and gravy... looked amazing, but the biscuits were hard. Like rock hard, and even after sitting in the gravy, no moisture would come back. Haha Service... the lady was so sweet, but she kept forgetting us, she would place hot things right in front of the baby where she would easily grab it. She had a hard time splitting the bill. Ultimately we had to ask another waitress for water refill and splitting our bill. Maybe we will go back... but not in a rush.
