I don't know how they're doing it, but that's what they're doing. So tender, so fried. Just amazing. I've been here enough times to say that it is consistent, and that if you go, you'll love it. Aside from all that, the people are super friendly, (Luverne is, in fact, the friendliest city in the south according to a sign I saw). The place is clean and unpretentious.
