The two ladies behind the counter were friendly to all the customers in line. They did a fine job making the sandwiches for my son & his dad. They didn't seem to mind at all that I had food from a different restaurant while I sat down to eat and wait for the guys to get their food. The place was clean. Never again! Subway sends coupons in the mail and they say not valid in Alaska or Hawaii, no mention of California. The coupon I tried to use was for a 6" sandwich meal deal for $6.99. They refused to honor their own coupon and wanted over $12. Since the sandwich was already made and I refused to buy it and will never go there again not honoring their own coupon it will cost them far more than the $5 savings I should have had with their coupon. read more

Don't usually have an issue with subway. However today it was busy lunch hour and the staff making our sandwiches was talking over the sandwiches as she was telling the lead on duty how sick she is and how it kills her to talk, her throat is killing her! (Let's hope no saliva made its way to the food). Then she starts vigorously coughing.... bad! Over and over and over again, (granted she coughed towards her arm) but regardless it's very disgusting! Her mouth wasn't ON her sleeve so I'm 100 percent sure those particles flew around. One point she even stepped away to get a drink. So the other lady was putting the last touches on the sandwiches, I said uhhhh I hope we don't get sick! Came in here with hubby and completely Confused here with another location. Little did I realize after ordering that I've came here before and dissatisfied. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since the female employees were so sweet. Only reason why they even get stars. Flat pizza omg the lady working there said they were popular in the beginning but not so much anymore but tastes "realllly" good. My 7yr old niece can make at home 10x better. For a Subway, this one is super convenient, especially for lunch. Spacious seating in the back, a fairly quick line, clean bathrooms, and convenient location make this a fast in and out experience. I like that the workers are cheerful too. read more

I was craving a hot pastrami sandwich and watched a woman by name of Jacqueline walk past me 3xs, apologizing as she past by and said we'll be right with u while a poor kid helping someone else with multiple orders, struggling to hurry up. Subway: I understand that u all have duties but I thought customers come first and you start doin your duties again AFTER customers are not waiting on assistance. After all, customers are the reason why you are employed. :-\ Anyway, after 5 min, she finally walks up to help. And again another apology, finally able to make my sandwich, which wasn't great as the pastrami was not only tough but very dry. That's pretty sad when pastrami is usually on the greasy side lol. Beautiful new location. However the young blonde that was working Sunday October 9th at like 11:00 am was so incredibly rude. She spoke with a definite tone in her voice like we we bothering her with our order and threw things like the mustard back in their holder. Probably because her boyfriend was there coming in and out helping himself to soda and stuff, so I guess we were interfering with her time with him. The staff looks like they want to die ...so slow and unhappy.the boss seems to be very rude to them and I saw her arguing with another customer on how the customer got what she ordered and won't make her a new one. I asked for extra olives and the girl said they could not give it to me and its extra...no where in the menu does it say that extra veggies are extra. So I ordered only one of 3 I was going to order and went the the other subway on oakdale and Floyd...the one by taco bell. I had my other two sandwiches made there and when I said extra pickles or mayo they put it without saying it costed more to do so...they said subway CANT AND ISN'T SUPPOSED TO charge for extra veggies.
