I immediately called the location and spoke to the manager. She told me I could drive back to have them remade. I explained that I wasn't going to spend another hour on the road for their mistake and simply asked for a refund. She replied that it was "not company policy" to issue refunds and instead offered for me to come back tomorrow to get the missing food. I told her I don't come to Mount Pleasant often and would not be able to come back tomorrow. She then offered to extend the remake for a week, and later even said she could ask her district manager to extend it for two weeks. None of this fixes the fact that I paid for two meals I did not receive. This is absolutely unacceptable. Refusing to refund customers when an order is incomplete is stealing. I paid for food and did not get it. Whataburger should do better.

When I came here last, my spicy deluxe was dry. I asked for the spicy sauce and was told they don't put it on the sandwich. So I asked for mayo and I'm told that they can't put any sauces on my sandwich. Today it's the same and I was told that they don't have the 'spicy sauce' that the other location used. I can receive packets of mayo but I shouldn't have to put it myself. I spoke to the manager. In the end I said that I would not return, but they're so busy and the only one in town, they probably don't care.
