We had a coupon on the mobile app and I accidentally hit the claim button on it and it got deleted went up to the counter to explain this and the staff seemed very confused on how to rectify this situation. It was for 20% off a soft drink. The staff couldn't figure out how to get the 20% off so they decided to give us a free fry after they were talking to each other for about 10 or so minutes but had us pay for the drink nevertheless I guess it did come out to be close to even.
