Prices looked pretty good, and we went for some lighter fare, if there is a lighter form of huge :-) We got a well-named "colossal" original "almost famous" fish sandwich for $11.50, fresh crispy tender flakey fish, i think it's cod, lightly fried but not oily, with the filet wider than the sandwich. The thick slabs of lightly toasted Italian white bread were stacked with perfect fries, crispy outside and tender inside. And they added a layer of a vinegar-forward slaw that added flavor much like a mild fresh sauerkraut. They gave us some sauces, too, and now and then we added some mildly spicy-sauce for some extra bite, which is how I like my fried fish :-). And there are so many sandwich options we easily could have stacked it even higher!
