We feel lucky to have found this place that makes homemade, skillfully crafted meals! Waitress was outstanding and friendly, and our meal was served up promptly. We snagged the table by the fire -- perfection! The place seemed very cozy but did in fact have many tables. Great paintings of river scenes on the walls. Deep fried foods like hash browns and fries are inedible because the oil used is so old. Biscuits are so stale you choke on them, fries are covered in so much salt they can't be eaten, and you're left wondering if the employees do this kind of stuff on purpose to offend people. I probably throw away more food than I've eaten because it's so bad. Choices in New Richmond are limited, but I have regretted every time I've stopped here, not just because of the quality of food but also because the service is so slow. I stopped coming here in the mornings years ago when I learned a cup of coffee or a breakfast for my daughter meant being late for work or religious school on Sundays. I really wish New Richmond would get a Starbucks, Dunkin, or Wendy's and put this place out of business.
