This fish is farmed in the Delta River basin by questionable practices. The Delta is a polluted river contaminated with human waste run off and other pollutens. There are no regulations to speak of insuring a product that is unsafe at best. I read some of the producers are feeding the fish Chicken droppings in order to save money. Antibiotics and other chemicals are given to the fish to boost production. And for what reason? The taste is horrendous . Being a fresh water fish the taste of course will be different than the Cod or Pollock Captain D's previously used. It isn't flaky at all and is a heavier fish. The portions are smaller in size as well. My family ended up giving the fish to the cats. Believe me pet food is all this fish is good for. We will not be returning to Captain D's unless or until the restaurant returns to the fish previously served.

I rarely do fast-food burgers and while I would not say this was a fantastic meal, it was a fast-food meal that was priced at just over seven dollars with tax and all out the door.

Dairy Queen gives the standard choices that helped define what an ice cream shop should offer. I remember from my youth what a fancy experience a banana split was and look at how the world evolved, lol. At Dairy queen, they offer the basic flavors as opposed to a gazillion flavors at other places might offer. However, vanilla is still a very good choice for me and this was an overall positive experience. Overall, I enjoyed my visit here and I enjoyed the ice cream. I have not had their fast food burgers or anything in years, but I've always enjoyed Dairy Queen ice cream. It was a visit to childhood, as well as being an enjoyable break and delicious dessert now as an adult.

Same exact conversation on my next order for a Hook & Ladder combo. My order total is $28.10. I pay, and am handed two drinks. I ask for a drink carrier. Get it. I'm handed two bags of chips for my two combos. Wait, then I'm handed one sub in a bag; no conversation; window closes. I wave employee back to my car through the drive through menu. I told him he handed me only one combo. He's stumped; says "huh"...stares at the screen; turns around to ask someone something; walks to another terminal; then he asks for my receipt. I explain again that I was handed only one sub. Employee finally says; "you have another sub coming; it's not ready yet". Seriously? I said, "You didn't say that you were bringing another, you just handed me one, closed the window and walked away". I also asked for a pickle with each side (two total). I received one pickle with one sub. I was very generously given a total of two napkins as well. Never did get my receipt back. $28.10 wasted on overpriced subs. I know it's hard to get good help but is this really the best you can do on staffing?
