Recently I convinced her to give it a try and ordered a bacon and beef one and surprise surprise she now likes gas station pizza as well. The crust is obviously hand-tossed (or rolled, I didn't peek) as its not perfectly round like many pizza joints offerings. The sauce is not overpowering the other ingredients,a complaint that I've voiced on a couple majors in the pizza biz. I love the mozzarella they use, nice and stringy as it should be.
