No greeting, very little eye to eye contact, no smile, lack of personality. Not everyone, but enough of them from my experience and observation to post this. If you've read any of my posts you know I have a very low tolerance for this sort of behavior. If Kevin & Amy are so proud of their restaurant, maybe they could tighten the reins a bit and train these young folk up with some BASIC customer service skills. Ok, I do believe in giving credit where credit is due. Tonight, Paige redeemed Culver's in Carroll. Greeted cheerfully and with a smile, eye contact, repeated my order back to me, thanked me and was pleasant the whole way through. I watched he with the next customers and it was the same. That's how it's done folks - take notice.

It may have a bit of a higher price point than some fast food but they mail out coupons and do a lot of marketing to allow people the option to save! A perfect spot (just off the interstate) to grab a bite to eat, stretch our legs and use the restroom. We all ordered via self ordering kiosk. The food came out in no time, piping hot and correct. My Spicy McChicken was great but the star of the show was the insanely fresh fries! (And that the ketchup was fully stocked.) Bathrooms were clean. Staff was friendly. If you want to grab a bite, pop off the interstate and mosey on over to this McDonalds.
