This is the third time that this location has forgotten to give us the gravy for the potatoes. The first time this happened, I called and complained and was promised that my name would be "in the book" for two large mashed potatoes and gravy. Weeks later my son went and got KFC again for us and he requested the "name in the book" order. Hahaha KFC gave him a small single serving of potatoes. Ha ha ha that is ridiculous, they also forgot our gravy again for the two large mashed potatoes. We did not return for a few months. We didn't realize they close at 8:00. They were not rude by any means but were rushing so quickly I was afraid one of them would get injured cutting the meat or slicing open a fresh bag of lettuce. By 7:52 they rushed to lock the door, customers came to the door right after and couldn't get in. At 7:57 one of them announced to my husband and I and another family eating that they close in 3 minutes. I wouldn't think management would appreciate losing customers, having a work comp claim because they were in such a hurry or announcing to customers they were closing. No worries we will be back but hopefully with friendlier staff.
