Today, july 12th, we went in and had an entirely different experience. There was a skinny gentleman with bad teeth taking orders. Not to shame anyone, just to identify the individual. We ordered 6" subs, used the words out of habit. We are aware that the hot subs are 8" or full size, we simply misspoke. This gentelman became so pedantic about pointing out our error that he had to ask us to repeat our order, both of us individually. After reapeating ourselves once, then having to repeat parts of our order a second time. Which bread and cheese we wanted etc, we still wound up with the wrong sandwiches. I understand the need to clarify what the customer wants, I also understand that mistakes happen, but when those mistakes happen because your employee is to busy being pompous, it's unacceptable.
