horrible customer service, coworker named trenton does not know customer service and the last time i went in there he had his friends there and the other coworker was doing all the work. how immature. i will never be eating here again until hes gone the food prepared by the coworker making my order was amazing to interact with. the store on the other hand is not bad looking but when you look in the back it seems like the dishes never done and trenton doesnt do anything while the other coworker makes all the orders while i was there, there was about 5 people behind me and trenton didnt help with any of the sandwhiches not even cashing people out. read more

With the recent software update the Subway franchise has downloaded, there seems to be no Goodrich Dairy here anymore, despite the sign on the hardware's exterior. The small town customers, without a thought behind their vacant eyes, slowly turned as their stare escorted us out of the establishment. Our appetites for Goodrich Dairy have been mildly satisfied by Queen Dairy, but there forever will remain a pit in our hearts for the experience of Goodrich and Malt Guy. read more

So my brother and I have been going with our cousin to the Seward Subway for the past few Tuesdays to get malts at the Goodrich ice cream that's inside. It's always a good time, but there's something a little strange about this particular subway. My cousin's told stories about some interesting experiences with getting malts there, but tonight I finally experienced it firsthand. My cousin and brother ordered their medium malts (they 'don't have smalls' for some reason) and then I ordered mine. My brother and cousin's were made by a dude we've dubbed ''malt guy" and they got them pretty quickly. Then I ordered mine. Malt Guy opened the ice cream cooler and scooped it into the cup, then began to blend it. For some reason the manager was gone and so this dude named Jake came up to Malt Guy and told him to shut the cooler because he was letting the cold air out. Malt Guy looked like he wanted to be left alone and said he liked it cold, but Jake aggressively closed the cooler with a loud sigh and proceeded to tell Malt Guy he was making the malt wrong and that he'd be fired. At this point we were the only people in the subway and I was standing behind the counter trying not to laugh. After criticizing his blending, Jake told him he hadn't put in enough ice cream, but Malt Guy just ignored him and continued blending. Jake was like, "dude, go get the scoop!" and without a response from Malt Guy, Jake got the scoop himself and tried to give it to Malt Guy. Eventually what happened was that Jake held the malt while Malt Guy put in another scoop of ice cream. Malt Guy started blending again only for Jake to tell him he needed to turn the blender up a notch (he ended up doing it himself) and then a few seconds later, I heard Jake say"Shoot no! That was too much! That was waaaaay too much! Dude you ruined it! You're gonna get fired." I was almost crying of laughter and my brother and cousin were dying at the table. Finally after at least five minutes, my malt was finished. Malt Guy said I owed $4.70 (Jake yelled, "Stop making them pay double!") and I went to the table to have my malt. Some other funny stuff happened between Jake and Malt Guy but I'm not gonna get into all that. Basically, if you want an interesting experience, order a malt at the Seward subway on a Tuesday night. read more

The other reviews had me worried about quality but any issues must have been resolved by now. This is as good a subway as any other. The staff were friendly, the food was as I ordered it, service was prompt, and the place was clean. Would definitely go again. read more

A staff member there who appears to be management, (no name tag, but has the name Olivia tattooed on her left arm) is rude and does not appear approachable people skills, the majority of the time. I understand people have bad days, but it's every time I've been in there. It feels as if helping customers is an inconvenience to her. She's also been rude to a co-worker of mine when asking about a deal. Will not be going back. read more

I stopped in at 6:50 pm on Jan 31,2019 and had worst experience. They were not what I call busy, but apparently they thought they were. I ordered a Steak and Cheese foot long and wanted it toasted. I also ordered a bowl of Potato-bacon soup. After they put sandwich on counter prior to toasting, it sat there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to do something with it. Then it finally got toasted and it was placed back on counter rack. I waited for another five minutes for them to decide to ask me what condiments I wanted. So much for trying to get hot sandwich! Then they had trouble getting condiments straight. I only wanted one and that was green peppers. Apparently they did not know what those were. After finally getting to cashier, I had to remind them I also ordered potato soup. They did not have any bowls upfront, so clerk went to back and after long time finally came back out with a stack. She then asked what kind of soup and was it the broccoli cheese. I said no, it was the potato-bacon. Finally I got it paid for and left to go home and eat it. When I left the cashier, the sandwich was already room temperature as it took a long time to get it wrapped and placed in bag. Therefore I did not have a toasted sandwich as it was stone ass cold before I even got checked out! I was thinking ok, I can warm it back up in microwave when I get home. I get home to find out she gave me the wrong soup after she was told no less that three times what soup I wanted. They also had zero soup crackers and no spoon to eat it with. Damned good thing I was at home. I finally decided to get in car and take wrong soup back. I did and I waited a long time to just get it replaced. This is not the first time I have had issues with this subway, but it is my first review! I call it piss poor management and terrible customer service. The employees obviously are not trained, not familiar with orders, and really do not give a shit about what they are doing. I have had it with this subway and poor management and employees and they want us to buy local! No Thanks! From now on I will drive to Lincoln when I decide to eat out!
