every time I order online for pickup I'm shocked that it's 20 minutes or more. I show up at the scheduled pickup time then wait another 10 minutes or more. slapping together a subpar sandwich should not take 30+ minute. read more

Always consistent quality. Great for a quick healthy meal. Coupons are also a plus. This location does a great job.

I placed an order on line this is the very first time I have ordered this way. I had some custom changes to my sandwich, and they got it write. I am really pleased with my experience with this store. when I went in to pick it up I got greeted with a smile and a nice welcome to subway. I have went in and ordered from this store before. But and when I said something about how nice it was to to be greeted and my order to be ready and done right the nice gal told me they were under new management. I wish them the best and hope this kind of service sticks. I am sure I will be back for many more sandwich's soon. read more

Where to begin.... ordered through drive through and they decided to combine my two different sandwiches together. maybe it's miscommunication? but when your order is repeated back to you exactly how you told them and yet you still find both sandwiches wrong.... this subway needs to be shut down or better management needs to be added. read more

The reviews on this location seemed to be a little out dated. So I thought I would give it a chance. I pulled up to the drive Thru to place my order. The female voice asked for my order so I proceeded. Tried to order the first sandwich. The employee barked back "I'm not doing veggies only meat." So I tried to order and Italian B.M.T. The employee barked back "we don't have that." I could see it clearly on the menu so I asked again. So I told her the Italian BMT that is on the menu. She said they don't have a BMT, only a spicy Italian. So I once again stated the Italian BMT was clearly listed on the menu, next to the Spicy Italian. She said something I couldn't understand so I informed her I would just come in and order. Once inside I saw it was a little busy. So I chalked up the drive Thru fiasco to just a busy lunch rush. However I came to find out really quickly that the problem was not the customers or the other employees. It was the employee at the beginning of the line. She was arguing with the employees. Calling them stupid and demeaning them. She was also arguing with customers. When I started my order she started to pop her top off on me. I quickly let her know that she already degraded me and I would not tolerate her behavior and I would be forwarding my complaint to her management. She tossed her knife in the counter and stormed to the back of the restaurant. Suddenly the line seemed to move faster and the employees appeared less stressed. A few of them even quietly said thank you. Based on the experience from this visit and reading previous reviews it is obvious that the management at this location is failing. The manager is the problem. It's time for the corporate office to step in and make some changes. Because the manager at this location is doing some serious damage to your brand! On a side note, the employees that made my order did a wonderful job. Maybe you should promote some of them! They seemed to be better equipped to do their job when the manager angrily stormed away! read more

This location has the absolute worst service. Literally can only handle one person in the drive thru at a time. Once the person drives away, they take care of the next person at the speaker. Went there yesterday during lunch and was told "I have someone at the window, and there's 2 people inside so once they're taken care of I'll come take your order". When I got to the window there were 3 people inside working so unsure why the person over the speaker appeared to be the only person capable to make a sandwich. After reading other reviews I'm unsure how this location manages to stay in business. Speaking of manage....does anyone manage this location? Might wanna invest in one who actually can get things done here. read more

Would give 0 stars if possible. The lady taking our order was extremely rude and actually raised her voice at us multiple times because we simply had a question about if the sandwiches were all "create your own" or if we could just order one specific one of the menu already. i went to the store on the 12th of april at 8:30 and there was nobody inside to help me but the doors were all un locked and still said open

I wasn't even trying to order a sandwich at this particular shop. I ordered online, and like so many people accidentally do, I clicked the wrong store without noticing. When I went to the other store for pick up they informed me that they didn't see the order. I pulled up my e-mail confirmation for them and saw it had THIS address instead. I quickly called the store to see if they could cancel it or even transfer the order to the correct location. (It has been done in the past at different stores) I was quickly interrupted by a very snarky girl telling me there is nothing she can do because it is an online order. She informed me she has no way of seeing the order to cancel it. I needed to get back to work so I just said "Ok I guess never mind then." She then once again interrupted me to tell me (very rudely) that she has already made the sandwich and do I expect her to just throw it away.. Well I guess since I'm still paying the $8 for it go ahead and do what you need to. I will add that the Subway over on 400 S was extremely polite and made me another sandwich. The employee there informed me that YES they can pull up online orders to fix a problem and YES this location has terrible service. They apologized for my experience with the other store. read more

We walked in and the girl rolled her eyes as soon as we walked in , they didn't greet or anything and it was awkward so I went up to the counter and started to just order a foot long then as I am ordering the type of bread and etc the girl is preparing my order with " I don't want to be here ", " I don't care about your sandwich " type attitude. As she asked for my last topping with her sandwich on the counter she asked me if that was it and I said yes assuming she was talking about the toppings and then she starts wrapping the sandwich and putting it in a bag next she asks me if that's it and I said no and she asked how many more sanwhiches and I said 3 more and she looked at her coworker and started laughing , ummm okay, then I asked "what's wrong is that okay " and she just said no . Long story short very very bad service and on top of having to go through all of that and get checked out the girl harshly throws me my sandwiches. There was also flys flying around and I was keeping an eye on my sandwiches making sure that they didn't land on them unlike the other ones that they were landing on . The ironic thing is that subway had a sign that they are hiring new people with smiles . Yeah I understand why they are and I think they need to get rid of this girl because she is not grateful to have a job and has the I don't want to work here attitude. Okay if you don't want to work then don't work. Never coming here again and ruined my experience with subway overall. This is probably the WORST Subway I've ever been to! We ordered through the drive through and i had a coupon on my phone from texts i get from subway for a specific new sandwich for $7 for the footlong. So that is what my husband and i got. We got to the window and they forgot to ask what dressings we wanted, so they were still working on the sandwhich, so we asked that they be wrapped sperately. I "redeemed" my coupon on my phone and the girl said she already rang it up, so she could not re-due it with the discount. We had not even paid for it yet... also, my coupon ran out because it counts down from 5 minutes and she would not redeem it. (Did i mention, she didint even use our subway card to give us points) we finally just paid for it and got our sandwiches. However they were not wrapped separate and so we gave it back for them to fix. They gave it back and it was literally smooshed and wadded up. We left annoyed, dug into our sandwiches and found that they didn't even toast the sandwich, which we specifically asked for them to do. Our receipt says the girls name was Shandra. Worst sandwich and worst experience at a subway ever. Stay away. read more

I honestly think this is the worst Subway in Utah County. I've been here many, many times over the last 5 years that we've lived here because of how close it is to my house, but truly from this point on, I'd rather drive to Spanish Fork for Subway. We were hopeful of positive change when they announced their Management changed a while ago, but it's just as bad. The staff is rude and impatient (there has been ONE girl there that was very nice and I wish I had gotten her name so I could exclude her from that comment), but almost every time I've had to order more than one sandwich, I get looks of annoyance, like I'm inconveniencing them. On one occasion the person working actually scoffed and rolled her eyes when I said how many sandwiches I'd be ordering. I've worked in food service before, so I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because I know it is NOT as easy job, but it's seriously ridiculous. There's NO excuse for blatant disrespect. A couple weeks ago I went shortly after they opened for breakfast and was told they were out of breakfast items. They are often "out" of a lot of veggies and when they do have them, they skimp so much that there's barely anything to it but bread and meat. I went again today for breakfast and discovered that they were closed, even though their recording at the window said Sunday hours were from 9 am to 7 pm (I went at 10:30 am). It makes no difference whether you go inside or go through the drive through, either. Hopeful that Management changes. Better yet, re-train or get a whole new crew. read more

This place is the worst Subway I've ever been to, and very likely the worst restaurant. I finally came to write this review after recently bringing a sub home that had actual fruit flies flying out of it when I unwrapped it. Upon examination, I could smell that the pickles were rotten. The worst part of it was actually ordering the sub, however. The young man behind the counter was shockingly offensive and argumentative. When I asked for 9 grain honey oat bread he brought out wheat. When I pointed this out he scoffed and said "What's the difference?" and continued making my sandwich. He refused to change it for the actual bread I asked for. Then he put 4 small slices of tomato on the footlong sandwich. I asked politely (he was making my food, he had the power) for an additional slice. He threw 3 on halfhazardly and quipped "Is that enough?" He then said this after every additional vegetable - but he was putting ridiculous amounts on. After all of this confrontation, to get home and find fruit flies and literally rotten veggies I have decided to just get fast food instead - even if the location is so close to my home. read more
