Jersey Mikes is always a go to for a tasty sandwich. The service at this location, but through the drive thru or inside, is slow. Prepare to be here for a little bit and go inside when possible. The sandwiches are fresh and they are always generous with the meat. The toppings are fresh and if you don't want it Mike's way, you can customize your sandwich to whatever toppings they have. Try the Rosemary Parmesan bread. It's delicious and adds so much flavor to your sandwich! They are well worth the price. The reason for the four stars is due to the service. With that said, I do come to this location a decent amount and always enjoy my lunch. read more

This jersey mikes sucks. The employees up front didn't greeted us or say anything. They were making drive through sandwiches while we stood awkwardly for 10 minutes before being helped or even looked at. 2 employees hiding in the back until there was a line behind us. And when he took our order he made 4 different subs before ours. Why take our order just to ask again 5 minutes later once he finished those 4 subs??? No communication. There were 4 employees working. They were taking drive through orders instead of us. One girl just standing in the back the whole time lmao. The table we sat at had food all over the chairs. My son and I stopped by in the late afternoon for a quick sammich before another activity. We were the only customers in the store, so we got our order very quickly. It was made well and as requested. The dining room was very clean-everything in order and maintained nicely. I always appreciate that. Being that this is located smack-dab in the middle of lots of businesses, I'd imagine that it can get very busy during the lunch rush. If you're in a hurry, avoid that time-or order ahead. read more

Good sandwich and a friendly manager at this location. I ordered my usual, #2 on wheat, Mike's way. I went through the drive through. The employee at the window played around and drank his drink while I waited for my sandwich. I waited for quite a while. A manger came and handed me my sandwich and also gave me two cards for free regular subs. I appreciated this gesture since the employee had not left the best impression on me. I'm not sure if I can use the free sandwich cards since the expiration date was past. My sandwich was good! It had the right amount of condiments on it and the bread was fresh. I like my sandwiches messy since I like the oil and vinegar on them. Boy, was my sandwich messy, oh so good messy! In my next visit, I will be back to this location. I was super excited to try the sub-in-a-tub after seeing so many good things about it, and also since I have recently started eating gluten-free. I placed an order for my husband and I, both for sub-in-a-tubs, and my husband went inside to pick them up. The store said they were out of bowls, so they would have to wrap our orders in tortillas. This defeated the whole purpose for me, so I was really disappointed. I also customized mine to have no mayo, as I really just do not like it, and the tortilla/sub/wrap had loads of mayo. I was so excited for this and ended up eating only a couple bites of the meat, since the rest was not worth it. I rarely give bad feedback/reviews, but this was so disappointing :/ read more

Have been through the drive-thru several times and haven't been disappointed; the staff, no matter what time I come are always so friendly and professional but also funny. There is a few people that makes amazing jokes and they always make my day; so thank you for that. Also, the rosemary parm bread is the best, it's always fresh and delicious, i really recommend this bread if you haven't already tried it. I always get the number 8 but something i get others, but every sandwich i have ever gotten has always been fresh and tasted great. I really love the customer service experience and the food, you can't go wrong with Jersey Mikes. Honestly I was really surprised at how horrible my experience was. I went through the drive through and got the worst attitude. I didn't even get change back and was never offered the receipt. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this until I was already almost home. I also waited in the drive through for almost 30 minutes. There was maybe 1 or 2 customers inside so the wait was a little ridiculous. The food was great but they forgot what I ordered and I basically had to reorder when I got to the window. They made me feel like I was the issue by rolling their eyes and rubbing their forehead. I actually live closer to the Orem location and go out of my way to Pleasant Grove because I used to get better service there. Not anymore unfortunately. read more

I love jersey mikes but idk what it is about this location. I live in Saratoga springs but my kids go to school over here. I bought sandwiches for my husband and kids on the way home only to get home and they forgot my husbands sandwich. I've had multiple times where the sandwich is incorrect or I wait an incredibly long time. This last time they double charged me for bacon. Are we charging almost $2 a slice of bacon? My receipt literally shows two charges for bacon for my sandwich. I get it's only a $2 mistake but with a regular sandwich and a drink my total came out to $17. $17 for a sandwich? I'm a fan of Jersey Mike's, but this location served up an embarrassment today. The bacon on my club was so rock-hard and brittle I thought I might chip a tooth. Seriously, I pulled a piece out and it was like shale. I briefly considered taking it home and using it as a letter opener. I escaped relatively unscathed and the rest of the sandwich was good, but that bacon was just unbelievably hard to eat. I'm gonna avoid this location in the future. read more

(No one was behind us). The employee was very patient and helpful as we kept changing the order. Service was very fast. The food itself was just good, not great. It's a decent sandwich, but their bread lacks a little. I'm a bigger fan of a slightly crustier exterior with a good chew on the inside. The bread at jersey mikes is just soft and fluffy.
