Their atmosphere is wonderful, the wall art is very on par with their brand and feel, their staff are very friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness of this place is what you'd expect from a very busy pizza venue; clean i the AM, crumbs in the PM, but never really "dirty". The food quality of their non-pizza options is on par & amazing. And I would say the same for their pizza, except a few years back they made a change to their Mozzarella and I have been greatly disappointed. Every time my partner and I dine on their pizza or mozzarella based food options we feel crumby afterwards. We've found that cheaper mozzarellas tend to have more oil leading to more tummy upsets. But I have to say the rest of their foods, the non-mozz options, are on par with an Italian pizzeria, wonderful, tasty, presented beautifully. Overall their food is wonderful, their staff are very friendly, and the business is clean & presentable. I'd recommend giving them a try yourself next time you're in St Albans.
