It's not about the pathetic fifty cents -- it's about basic competence. If you can't slap a slice of cheese on a sandwich when someone literally paid you to do it, you shouldn't be running a restaurant. Period. Burger King somehow manages to charge you more for less. Every. Single. Time. It's beyond embarrassing at this point -- it's like they're actively trying to piss people off. And they're doing an amazing job of it. This isn't fast food. This is fast disappointment, served cold with a side of "we don't give a damn." Never again.

She said that she had no way to "charge" for the extra sauce & she was not willing to provide the "extra" sauce free of charge, ONLY what was comes w/ the sub. I told the female counterperson (who REFUSED to give her name) that I would send my complaint(s) (TWICE) to Firehouse Subs corporate office & because they would NOT honor my request, this store LOST OVER $125 in sales in 1 month!
