Where do I start! They forgot the fries with my kids combo meals. The kids got their sandwiches and the drinks but no fries. The chicken strips did not have the sauce with them. I specifically asked for BBQ sauce. My cole slaw did not have any plastic spork to eat it with. We ordered regular Pepsi and got all Diets instead. (There is a difference in the taste). I think about the great history of Colonel Sanders and his original Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurants. Then I visit this place, and of course I am super disappointed. Combining of KFC's and Taco bells by corporate was a terrible idea as well. This particular restaurant not very clean. Also, this is the only location in the area, so they don't have to be very good. After we waited an extremely long amount of time (our chicken was being cooked, so originally we did not mind the extra wait time - noted by the cashier), we finally received our order and made our way back to the car. We checked our bag and realized they had forgotten a side we ordered (a $5 side) and as we were about to head in to grab it, a staff member came out and LOCKED the front door. They hung a note saying "Dine-In closed, use Drive-Thru" which was odd, because it was 7:30 PM. They don't close until 9-10PM. So we had to sit in the increasingly large Drive-Thru line to grab a side dish we paid for. We waited then 30 minutes in the drive-thru line. Doesn't seem to make a difference inside though as the last time I was there, even after the cashier reviewed the order, they still forgot to include items on my order.
