OMG! I took my sandwich and ticket up to register and she claimed I did not asked for either. so then, how did she end up charging me for double meat and cheese?! you have to really watch some of these folks. and GOOD LUCK with to go orders. all I can say is CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE or they give you grief about it upon your return because it's your fault for not checking it out in the first place.

The fried okra also was excellent, crisp and fresh. Other sides, green beans, limas, rutabegas, well cooked but again, fairly bland. The salad bar was very basic. Coleslaw was minced cabbage and a sweet dressing. Interesting. Price was very reasonable given that you could go back again and again. Lots of desserts including a homemade maple pecan cake. The blueberry cobbler had a kind of almost toffee-like oatmeal topping that threw me for a bit of a loop. I didn't try any of the other main courses except the salmon croquette which was decent. Oh, the jalapeno cornbread was interesting and tasty enough to eat more than one piece. So, kind of a typical "meat and three" type buffet.

WOW I'm not really used to the person (a female) at the pickup window being curt & snippy. Weird…read more So many of us are just about ready to give up on ALL fast foods due to not knowing whether or not we're getting dicey labgrown ingredients, but at least Chick-fil-A was one of the last bastions of pleasant service, so if that goes downhill too it's over. That being said, the young man who took my order was most pleasant although he did put down the wrong extra sauce & I didn't notice until after I left & it wasn't worth going through the whole line again to get it fixed. The cashier was also competent enough, although a smile would have been nice considering it's costing fifteen dollars per person these days for a modest drive-thru meal, which packs quite a wallop for those of us on fixed incomes. It's a rare treat for some of us to go out to eat - even through it's only a drive-thru - so it would be nice not to be tricked by bad behavior. Not sure people understand what's going on out here in the real world. If you see someone with a handicap placard, chances are really good they've been suffering without adequate heat & air conditioning & various other luxuries you take for granted on the daily. I don't even have a hot water heater any more. Imagine how fun that is. I tried the new Jalepeno Ranch Sandwich, which was delicious, so I hope & pray it came off a real chicken? Was a little disappointed that the bun was refrigerator cold. I don't understand the point of serving deep fried chicken - HOT! - on a crypt cold bun? It's nowhere near Halloween. That's all I've got for now. Hopefully I'll be able to visit again next month, but we'll see. I usually have to wait until the end of the month to make sure I don't have any unexpected expenses to cover, that's how tight it is.

Then I discover they didn't give me a drink, because I'm told by the kid bringing the food out that I didn't order one. I said coke twice to the kid taking the order. Along with the question " What's a GOOD name for your order"? I can't stand this. A GOOD name, come on. How about a bad name? Why not just a your name? So once again I get home to find an $8 chicken sandwich completely different than what I ordered. We're talking fried chicken not steak. I've had it with this place. Never going back!

Therefore, you are stuck with their merchandise if they do not put the credit in. I ordered a specialty pizza, Philly steak and cheese with bacon and garlic Parmesan sauce, and it was terrible then called the store to inform them about this order. They then told me to return of pizza to the store for a credit or a remake. I explained to the young lady that I was headed up north Georgia and I wouldn't be back for a while she said no problem just bring the pizza back today. I brought the pizza back that I purchased on January 30 intact and only the peace. My husband and I tried that was terrible so I have been carrying his pizza around to bring you back when I got on the southern in today. I'll return the pizza. They did not honor the remake, credit, or a refund. Instead they told me there's nothing you can do so therefore, I lost my money and they lost my business because it's a firm rule. If you don't answer your policy did you don't respect me as a consumer. I feel very sad that people want to go to work and throw stuff together and expect you to eat it after you pay for it with your hard earned money and keeping them work and with this being said, I will no longer support this establishment in my area because of the crappy manager service I received. How do I known they were not honored a policy I would have thrown the pizza away, so please check your order. Call Corporate if you are not taking care of properly like I was by the manager, Choy therefore. I encourage you to ask for Ashley to make your pizzas from now because it seems like the rest don't care, so I'll give you a zero star if I could
