That being said, the young man who took my order was most pleasant although he did put down the wrong extra sauce & I didn't notice until after I left & it wasn't worth going through the whole line again to get it fixed. The cashier was also competent enough, although a smile would have been nice considering it's costing fifteen dollars per person these days for a modest drive-thru meal, which packs quite a wallop for those of us on fixed incomes. It's a rare treat for some of us to go out to eat - even through it's only a drive-thru - so it would be nice not to be tricked by bad behavior. Not sure people understand what's going on out here in the real world. If you see someone with a handicap placard, chances are really good they've been suffering without adequate heat & air conditioning & various other luxuries you take for granted on the daily. They did not honor the remake, credit, or a refund. Instead they told me there's nothing you can do so therefore, I lost my money and they lost my business because it's a firm rule.
