After observing this place for 30 minutes something tells me not a single employee has attended servesafe nor would they understand anything about food safety. After observing this, my sandwich finally coming out, it was really pathetic. I get food costs are hitting us all but please raise your prices accordingly. The Cuban sandwich needs a little more ham than 1 paper thin slice per half. It also could use more than .5oz of whatever they are trying to pass off as roasted pork. Anyway overall a massive train wreck at this place. I would avoid it at all cost until they work through their food safety problems. P.s. tell your line cook that he is supposed to sani his knives after cutting something with them... not just wipe them off and put them back on the food safe surface... and for that matter please ask him to sani the food "safe" surface too. This would have been the proper thing to do. Instead she took a $1.00 of the bill. Thats a joke and a great way to loose a customer, which they did.
