They are always out of food, drink and highly understaffed. They should not be taking any online…read moreorders because they can't do both. I walked in and waited in line for about 15 to 20 minutes, which was not a problem because it was 1 o'clock, and I was not in a hurry. There were people who got tired of waiting and walked out. They had one worker, completing all the orders while one worker checked out customers. When he was not checking out customers, he was bagging chips and eating them. Yes you read that right. When I got to the front and placed my order, he told me they were low on chicken and out of fajita veggies. The guy said the food that they have in the back by the pick up window is for carry out orders. The guy on the grill was just cleaning. He was not cooking anymore. When it came to time to check out, the guy asked me if I would like a drink I said yes he said what size. I proceeded to go over to fill my cup and there's no lemonade or any of the fresh drinks. I go back to the checkout and I asked the guy about the lemonade and fresh drinks he said oh yeah we're out of that too. You don't think you should've lead with that I'm asking me if I want a drink? I was patient with this place when they first opened because I know it can take some time to find the right people and just learn the flow of customers. Improve on everything!

They took the time to explain their options and then prepared our bagels. The bagels were fresh and delicious and it was so nice to have a real bagel and not this oversized bagel that is doughy. They have breakfast and lunch options for bagel sandwiches. They are located in the lobby of an office building and have some comfortable seating. There is also an area just outside the building where you can eat by a fountain. They do not have any signs outside yet, but they said they are on the way. Currently they are open daily from 8am to 3pm. Too bad they don't open at 7am for those that leave for work earlier. We will definitely be back
