None of the tables were cleaned. Fries, spilled drinks and lettuce on all tables. You couldn't take 3 steps without walking on trash. The pop machine has zero ice. I would be embarrassed if this was my franchise. I'm sure the excuse is understaffed but it would take 3 minutes to do a half-a$$ed clean job. Got 2 large cokes that were flat and a coffee that had grounds that we had to filter out. This place had nothing good to write about. Since they were out of ice out front, we asked for ice from in the back drive thru and they said they weren't allowed to give ice and that it was against the rules. Almost comical this place. Are often serving dead food... take 20+ minutes to complete an order... and love to ask me to pull up to wait even longer so they can fake their drive thru numbers and hand my food to the wrong person.... I typically don't eat at McDonald's but I was in need of quick bite between appointments and it was on the way. Positives: Sandwich was very good. I had a spicey chicken sandwich and was delightfully impressed with the flavor. Service was very good and friendly. Meh: Restrooms weren't filthy but weren't clean. Also, there was a strange junk-food party going on in the room outside the restrooms with some unusual people. Negatives: TV was set to Fox News with signs all over it to not change the channel. Imagine, trying to enjoy your sandwich in peace with a drunken Judge Jeanine slurring her lies and bull shit. If you are trying to find a happy medium with your visitors, put on ESPN but not a station that is part of a terrorist organization. Recommendation: if you visit this restaurant, use the drive-thru so you don't need to listen to the vile actors transmitting vitriol to a party of one. read more

The management at this McDonalds is a HUGE problem. They bully the staff and are rude. When called out on their behavior, by a customer they are even worse. McDonalds cannot expect their staff to work at the level expected when they do not treat their employees with respect. Consistently the worst service I've had at a McDonalds. How they can take these polite and hard working country kids and turn them into morons is beyond me. I waited - with two other people - for 3 minutes - merely to be acknowledge while the apparent crew leader looked at her phone and discussed her vacation schedule with her coworkers. She wouldn't even look in our direction. Very disrespectful. After I wrote this I connected with the management. After those discussions I'd like to share my thoughts: There is a new, state of the art Taco Belle in Loudonville across from the Loudonville Canoe Livery. Right next to a gas station with campers' supplies, carryout, propane and an attached Subway. Lots of glass for great lighting and easy reading, excellent wifi, brand new seats which are very good for a fast food shop. Open for breakfast. Drive thru. And in my opinion, appropriate staff. Go thru downtown Loudonville or from McDonalds go south and turn right at the first road to avoid the downtown. Enjoy. read more

I was there at 8:30am. I placed my order for a medium Coke and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I pulled around and paid. Went to the next window where I was handed a dripping wet cup of Coke. I had to ask the girl at the window for some napkins before I wanted to bring it into the car. She then handed me the rest of my order. I then asked her if any one could come out here and clean the cob web that was growing in the portion of the window that doesn't open. She told me that she usually works nights and hadn't see it. Like it only is there during the day. So she doesn't care and I pulled forward to organize my sandwich so I could eat it in the road. I reached in to the bag and pulled out a hash brown. Now...remember what I ordered? Three strikes and someone needs to pay attention to what is going on there. Next time I will grab a pack of crackers and a can of Coke when I head to Columbus. By the way... on my way back I thought I would check on the cobwebs. Yep at 9:30 at night it was still there. Still collecting moths and flies. Oh how appetizing when I am getting my food. There is always a line here and that's bad since this is about the slowest McDonalds I've ever been too. Drive through seems to get priority over people ordering inside, so if you skip the drive through line you might end up waiting longer for your food, it's happened to me a couple times. read more

Great location, nice and friendly staff! Don't believe the bad reviews. Apparently others can't or won't equate a long line with being busy. Inside or outside. Doesn't take a much to figure that one out. If you want quick on a busy day, bring your own lunch. This McD's is organized and efficient. I signed up for yelp just because of how horrible this place has been. I camp near by and like to stop and get sweet tea for my long ride home but I'm probably not going to do that ever again. Not at this location. Here's why: Staff is probably the rudest, slowest and probably couldn't care less. No manners, short answers, not a single smile on their faces. One visit, I went inside and a crew member was standing toward the side on her phone, a man just wanted to ask her a simple question and before he got it out the crew member said "I'm off the clock." When it came my turn (finally) the crew member at the register said "what do you want" in a rude tone. During the same visit, a young man skipped everyone in line to talk to the manager and tell her that he missed his interview a few days before because he "had to do something with his aunt". The manager gave him another interview. I found this disturbing. Yet another employee who won't care about the job they have when so many go without. SAME VISIT, I ordered my usual sweet tea, received my cup, turned around and there was only unsweetened. I approached the crew member and asked if they were out of sweet tea, her only response was "give me your cup" walked away with it and came back with sweet tea. Not another word from her and I even thanked her when not deserved. My most recent visit, I stopped in to use the restroom while family got something to drink. From the moment I walked in the door, I was disgusted. I've seen truck stops cleaner than this place. Floors were dirty, not a single clean table, no toilet paper in either stall, flies swarming the toilets, and poo stains everywhere. It took everything in me not to tell the worker sitting at a disgusting table how unacceptable the appearance/ cleanliness was of a place where children eat. On top of that, I received an unsweetened tea rather than the sweet tea that I asked for. Never will return and neither will anyone I have the chance to warn about this place. Well, first off the food was good.Service was good at first. My problem was the false advertisement here they are advertising teen titans toys in the board. We ordered a happy meal and my child was unhappy with his toy was a rainbow colored unicorn, We go up and ask for a 7 year old boy toy and apparently, they only have gender neutral toys and the lady gave me a dirty look like it's wrong of me to have an opinion, these are children not grown/young adults with psychological issues....I don't force my child to like certain toys he chooses what he likes. How do you think my child felt getting so excited thinking he's getting a cool teen titans toy and bam he's unhappy because of other people have problems. I gave the toy back, my son didn't want it so he decided to give it to some other child that would. .. By using that toy Mcdonalds is discriminating so all gender neutral people like rainbows and pretty stuff? I am extremely offended! Why can't McDonalds offer just boy/girl and if a parent has a problem with it they can ask for the other toy. I'm sorry if I offend anyone but this is really unfair to the other kids. I shall never give my business to this Mcdonald and from now on anytime I go to a McDonald's I will ask first about the toys and if they are gender neutral I refuse to support them and will not be wasting my money, I will walk out. read more
