Yesterday, I stopped in the store, and they had a new manager. I think her name tag said Crissy. She was very friendly and smiled while helping me the whole time. It was a pleasant surprise! They didn't have a large staff at the time but the two that I saw was on top if it! She had my order placed, cooked fresh and in no time, I was ready to go! Always fresh and so much better than McDonalds. Service has always been great. Store was clean.

Went through the Drive thru. The works don't speak to you at all. Hard to order if no one is answering. When we did order they left out a hamburger and Frosty. Do not waste your time. read more

The staff is generally friendly. The store itself is kept fairly clean. I think this franchise owner is cheaper than most. I say that because it is one of the few Wendy's that won't sell hamburger patties or cheese slices only. If you are going for carnivore, you will get charged for a whole hamburger per patty. Also, as you will see in the picture, the hamburger toppings are always lacking. And frys are, at best, technically full. Order accuracy is more like 2 stars. They get a 3 star review because of general cleanliness. On a eco note, the restrooms only have coal powered hand dryers. No paper towels. read more

Dirty and the manager was snapping at the employees. The tables werenqlk dirty. The music was very young in th dining area. The bright spot was the young man behind the register was nice and of good spirits. read more

There were employees not wearing masks, wearing improper masks that were mesh, employees who had their masks pulled down while preparing food for customers, employees who weren't wearing masks who were coughing and sneezing on the food, serving customers who weren't wearing masks, and when I called the restaurant to politely have this issue resolved the manager yelled at me and told me I had no idea what I was talking about when I saw it with my own eyes and told me there's nothing she could do about it. First off it looks so vintage!! It's so adorable. There is a truck parking lot for semis how sweet. The food is good! The staff is sweet and the fries are salty. There is an amazing assortment of drinks you know the coke machines. I got cherry coke anyway. There not only 1 machine but 2!! read more

Theyer was this super sexy looking guy on the fri station. I think that his name was Mason or something like that. But he did a phenomenal job showing me how to use the ketchup. I didn't know how to make it come out and he was really good at getting it to work. But anyways I got a grilled chicken add mayo, mushrooms and ketchup. I sat down and started to eat a nice man named Nick cleaned the tables beside me and we shared some jokes and laughs. To end my review I walked out singing "GP are ya with me" and had an amazing day. read more

I have never had such a bad experience at a Wendy's - waited in line for 20 minutes - no one was at the counter - no one - two people in front of me left - I continued to wait- still nothing - there were literally about 12 people behind me - still no employee even made eye contact - there were two women counting cheese - three people talking in back and two working drive through - I made a comment about the wait and an older blond employee with a ponytail made a very rude comment about me - which I was shocked at that behavior for customer service - I said "I am out of here!" And she said "good" - all customers around me were in shock and most left. This is an extremely poorly managed Wendy's and would highly recommend keep on driving down the road.i would have not given it any stars but yelp forces you to put 1 star. read more

The food was great but I appreciated the service more. So I wanted to thank the manager that was able to help me on Father's Day eve of 2020. I'm a construction worker that's been driving from Kentucky to Cleveland, and I realized I lost my wallet while in line. You comped my meal and the gesture of kindness means a lot. Left Louisville KY around 10:00 a.m. traveling to Salem OH. Around 2:00 stopped here for a chicken sandwich,no fries, no beverage, and no one else in the restaurant. Not the lunch or dinner hour so thought it would have been freshly made. While eating it on the road i said out loud to myself, should have gone to chick-fil-a. By the time I got to Alliance it started, headache, dizzy, tingly hands, sweating, and the urge to vomit, which I did for 10 more miles to Salem. Couldn't get out of the car without help and spent the next hour in the bathroom. No doubt in my mind it was food poisoning from that lousy chicken sandwich. DON'T eat here, starve first. I had a horrible customer service experience at the Ohio State route 95 & I71 this afternoon at 4:30 pm. For months now, at least 4 or so months, the drive through sign has had the wrong price on the honey chicken combo $8.09. until today every time I ask about it, eventually someone checks the sign and adjusts the price. Today when I asked them to adjust the price they person taking the order said there was nothing they could do and after exposing how the price was adjusted in the past they just said "we don't do that anymore, good day". I tried to give them a chance to make it right face to face so I drove around, went inside and the order Twitter asked what could he do. I said I'd like the honey chicken combo at the price advertised outside. As soon as I said that a very large, obese (without assuming gender female appearing person) said they'd already dealt with their manager and they weren't going to be honoring the advertised price. I won't be going back to that Wendy's until the got honey chicken promotion is over if I ever go back to that one again. I'll likely make an online complaint with corporate although I'm not sure how that will go. Do you have any other suggestions to see that this restaurant 1. Stops the illegal practice of false advertising, 2. Gets back to the good customer service of honoring advertised pricing and treating customers with respect instead as sewage? I've been a patron of Wendy's for most of the 48 years I've been on the planet. read more

I must have gone to this Wendy's on an off day, but I was very disappointed. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, they messed up my order, and the fries were mushy. Not to mention that the "large" fry my boyfriend ordered was only half full. I guess it was clean like others were saying, but when the food is bad that doesn't leave much of an impression. I understand it's just Wendy's, but I've had it enough to know what's to be expected and this isn't it. read more

My husband and I just stopped in to this Wendy's on our way to Akron. We don't eat fast food often and understand what's to be expected, however I feel compelled to write this review as the employees at this restaurant were the most courteous of any I've ever experienced. The bathroom and dining room were incredibly clean and the food came out hot. This was a very unexpected and surprisingly pleasant experience. I came thru the drive they here today and was very impressed. I highly recommend stopping here if you're hungry and in the area. Easy access off of i71. The food was hot and fresh, was ready fast and the employees were very friendly. They really enjoyed my chicken in the passenger seat. I really enjoyed the chicken sandwich they made me.
